The staff was very helpful and friendly. As marathon started at 8.30, they made breakfast at 6, which was two hours earlier as they usually did.

The Airport Shuttle will call there. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are quiet and clean though compact. Breakfast is good and the day they have a coffee maker with nice coffee on sale throughout y it is included in the breakfast. The price was outstanding! Very good. They have non-smoking rooms but I forgot to ask for one.

Very friendly stuff. Location is great. During 3 days staying the room was cleaned which is very good for the hostel. Windows in one room was not very good and because of that it was a bit cold in the room...

I like staff, reseptionists are friendly. Location is in the comfortable area nearly Alberta street and we appriciated it. Breakfasts are good. Thank you! there is just one shortcoming it is canalization system.

Great location in the middle of a beautiful Art-Nouveau area. Great breakfast! Russian TV was very nice to have, too. And all posible facilities in the kitchen - very convenient for a family with kids. Microwave was not working. People smoking in the kitchen, which was really disturbing for us, non-smokers. A stop in water basin, that was not fixed even though we asked to do that. And a bit cold in winter - worth taking warm pajamas with you.

Suite rooms were spacious, kitchenette was offered as well. Breakfast was more than good. On arrival we were offered a discount due to problems with TV set - we appreciate such attitude very much! For parking a car two options are possible - private parking and street parking as well if inyard is full. Some elements in room looks a bit oldish and requires renewal, for example, bathroom doors and shower cabin itself.

Really nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was quite ok and its was really a nice room. It was the only one hotel with a warm room in all the ones I tried in Latvia before. Maybe a little far and hard to find

Staff was very good. We stayed in Room No 11 and room no 43, basin was blocked, Internet did not worked at all. Though the room pictures were good but when we went we did not find same upholstery. If they improve these things they can be recommended for others, but I am not recommending right way.

Brilliant location, very helpful staff, great room size (Junior Suite) plenty of breakfast and the mixed reviews read before staying don't do it justice. Would highly recommend staying here for short city break and will definately visit again.

Rooms are simple but really cosy and the guest house is really close to the city centre and other streets with shops. The staff is really friendly and helpfull, I really like everything about Jakob Lenz!!! Cheap prize for nice room, good breakfast and free wi fi...perfect for me!!!

We liked comfortness of the apartment, friendliness of the staff and good breakfast. We didn't like such a small parking place. Also, it seemed to us,the location of the hotel is not in 10 minutes from the OLd City, as it's written on your web.
