It was too chilly in the rooms.

Location great, a short walk from Alberta Iela (street with Art Nouveau museum) and lots of Art Nouveau architecture nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfasts delicious and with a big range of foods.

No lift for bags, but I'm sure staff would help with bags if asked, if stairs are a problem for you I'd recommend requesting a room on a lower floor when booking

It may have just been my laptop, but the wifi was a little annoying and I needed to get a new password everytime I turned it on.

Only brekfast was good.

No where written that bathroom(restroom) are communal and placed outside of the room, I was negatively suprized about that. No good Internet, first time in my life, my antivirus protection was breached by unknown person through wi-fi connection, my computer got infection. No free parking, also was negatively suprized about that. No tv in the room. During having breakfast, I was several times advised by cleaning stuff, that time for breakfast almost finnished, I must interrupt my breakfast and dismiss as soon as possible from dinning room.

Value for money is good considering the breakfast included.

Stinky smoky room and a musty smell in the bathroom are not allowed. If overcome these shortcomings, the level of the guesthous will increase.

The crew was very kind and the breakfast was very good. There is a kitchen available and everything you may need. I would 100% come back again!

Rooms. There are rooms with are not like on photos.

Decent price. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. And also we were pleasantly surprised to find a complementary bottle of champagne in our room on new year eve.

Very nice location, near-by art-nouveau quarter, very quiet place. Hotel have excelent decoration corresponding to its location in art-nouveau quarter. On can have even vegetables on the breakfast. You can cook in the kitchen on the floor and keep your food in the rifregerator.

Thin walls. You can hear children cries in neighboors rooms, their steps in the hall. Andd the second -- there is only one bathroom with spair toilet on the floor (approximately ten rooms)!

we have only one night in this hotel and this was quite good for the money we paid

The room was great; we reserved a junior suite and it was perfect for a family with a 10 and a 12 year old. The location was easily within walking distance of old town and most areas of interest. In fact, we thought that being in the "Quiet Center" was a great location. We were able to walk easily to an antique shop in the northern part of the city, as well as get to Old Town quickly. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there were good restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was excellent.

Sadly, toilet and shower is shared within 3 rooms, it causes some problems and inconvenience.

We like this guest house is not expensive and has separate kitchen where we could prepare our food (it's important when people have problems with their stomach).
