Friendly and nice staff with excellent service. Wonderful breakfast. Close to downtown and shopping centre. Located in quite place.

Congested and disorder parking. Old house with old furnitures. Badly internet access when living on top floor. The rooms were not cleaned every day accept on demand.

The stuff was nice. Ok breakfast.

Internet not working. Everything was old and you could see that.

Perfect place for stay in Tallinn, beatifull breakfast, big and comfortable room, just 10 minutes to Old City by walk throug parks.

Somehow I liked the cosyness of this small guesthouse. And also the cleanlinesss, the room was bright and tidy . We traveled in two couples, so the price was excellent for 4 persons room with breakfast. One more thing, the location - it's great. It's so quiet, though it's almost in the center of Riga, just a couple of blocks away from "Essential" night club.

Well, we got what we paid for. But still, in those pictures, everything seemed a little nicer. I was expecting more than I got. I thought the room would be bigger and I was expecting double beds instead of single ones, put together. It's a small thing, but still it was a bit inconvenient. Another flaw was that on the 4th floor, where we stayed, there was no wireless internet, it didn't come through, from the 2nd floor. And last disappointment, at least for me, was breakfast, it was enough, but it lacked variety.

Very friendly stuff. Location is great. During 3 days staying the room was cleaned which is very good for the hostel.

Windows in one room was not very good and because of that it was a bit cold in the room...

Great location in the middle of a beautiful Art-Nouveau area. Great breakfast! Russian TV was very nice to have, too. And all posible facilities in the kitchen - very convenient for a family with kids.

Microwave was not working. People smoking in the kitchen, which was really disturbing for us, non-smokers. A stop in water basin, that was not fixed even though we asked to do that. And a bit cold in winter - worth taking warm pajamas with you.

Really nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was quite ok and its was really a nice room. It was the only one hotel with a warm room in all the ones I tried in Latvia before.

Staff was very good.

We stayed in Room No 11 and room no 43, basin was blocked, Internet did not worked at all. Though the room pictures were good but when we went we did not find same upholstery. If they improve these things they can be recommended for others, but I am not recommending right way.

Rooms are simple but really cosy and the guest house is really close to the city centre and other streets with shops. The staff is really friendly and helpfull, I really like everything about Jakob Lenz!!! Cheap prize for nice room, good breakfast and free wi fi...perfect for me!!!
