Most of the staff was very helpful, payed lot of attention. Emails which we sent before our arrival were answered immediately and after arrival in the hotel we were provided with maps and information about the city without asking for it. The spa-area was unsatisfying |

Very nice staff and all in all a comfortable relatively cheap hotel with a walking distance to the center of old town. Slightly thin walls and staying on the first floor was noisy in the mornings. |

Clean room, bathroom, good shower At breakfast, when food was running out, guest themselves needed to ask for more. The hotel staff should check this by themselves. |

Hospitable, kind, helpful and sincere employees. Comfortable, clean and rather wide room and bathroom. Breakfast. There are 2 parking lot of the hotel. Nearest one to the entrance of the hotel is good, and it has concrete basement. But the other one against the entrance stairs has solid basement; it causes muld in rainy days.It need also hardening and getting coverd with concret. |

The entirely hotel facilities and rooms were very clean. Breakfeast were rather good altough it hasn't got a wide variety of foods. And lastly the hotel location is near to the Old Town but in winter days you had better to have hired a car to stay in this lovely hotel.I would recoomend this hotel everbody. The parking lot of the hotel is a bit small and muddy. |

Nice people Well it's pretty far away from the centre of the city.. don't understimate. really 15 minutes walk. Well I didn't care, but if you do, be aware! |

Nice rooms and very affable stuff. Very bad sound isolation, you hear everything inside your room: every sound. Very noisy. When you can't sleep at night because of noisy discotheque upon you - try to go out of you room and be surprised that it's only not loud music at reception. But is sounds like a crazy drunk party near you... I think walls are made from paper. But this is the only thing I dislike in that hotel. |

Very good breakfast; good facilities, very friendly staff, high sevice level. It's not that I did not like, but one should accept he/she stays a bit farrer away from old town; you'll have to take taxi during nights. |

All the staff is very kindly and the breakfast was great! In my room the wifi signal was not excellent and sometimes was not possible to use it. For the rest, all was ok! |
