You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are too. Turn-down service is probably the best in Europe-a bottle of water and a quality chocolate per person. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is quite good and the fact that they'll deliver it to your room is amazing. The ac is not adequate enough to make sleeping under the down blanket comfortable. The bath towels are way too small and cheap.

The location in the middle of the Old Town is fantastic. All the staff in the hotel was extremelly nice and helpful. If I go back to Riga, I'd definetely visit this hotel. I was expecting a more variety breakfast.

This Hotel is placed in the centre of Old riga therefore it is in an excellant position for evening entertainment, bars and restaurants, shopping during the day, well placed for all transport links. The square at the side of the hotel has great bars and small marketstalls selling a very good selection of items. The reception staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful, going out of their way to please, the restaurant staff employed full time by the hotel were also very efficient and helpful, particularly a very nice young man serving us at breakfast, I can certainly recommend the coffee but also excellant food . A very clean, well placed, pleasant and wonderful hotel to stay in. Very little can be found wrong the only downside was the lack of training for some of the waitresses employed at the brakfast serving, obviously part time to accomodate the busier weekend guests arriving, which led to us not having dirty plates cleared before serving other items, and a little misunderstanding of our requests in English, but minor.

I have never met before such friendly and helpful stuff, especially girls at the reception and in the restaurant! Executive room was big, warm and well-designed. Regardless the fact that windows are with the view on the street, you cannot hear a single noise even at friday night.

Best location in town! Staff was extremely helpful In our room windows could not be opened. The air ventilation system did not do a great job at getting fresh air in our room and most of the times the air was stagnant.

Excellent location, perfectly designed rooms, very friendly and well-english-spoken staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who would like to go to Riga and be in the heart of Oldtown. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next stay as I'm a person who always visits Riga, very often. The only thing about hotel which I dont like was the prices of the beverages in minibar. The prices will be definitely high as you are staying in a good hotel, but, the prices shouldn't be skyrocketing.

Отзывчивость и учтивость персонала заслуживает всяческих похвал. Отсутствие шумоизоляции в номере. Люди по улице идут как будто рядом с твоей кроватью. А когда с 04:00 до 06:00 тянутся пьяные орущие посетители соседнего бара, полный трешь! Сон как рукой снимает. В 3D кинотеатрах, такой реалистичности не найдешь как в номере, который мне достался. Запах (канализация) в санузле сначала в одном потом и во втором номере.

Отель далеко не на 5 звезд: плохая шумоизоляция , плохо работает кондиционер, подтекала раковина в ванной. Персонал доброжелательный и все очень стараются. Отель расположен отлично, но номера неуютные.

путешествуем очень много. в этом отеле понравилось все, особенно персонал. приветливый, доброжелательный, профессиональный. все хорошо говорят как на английском так и на русском. любая просьба выполнялась быстро и качественно (найти машину напрокат, составить маршрут для прогулки по старому городу, для шоппинга, вызов такси и т.д.) номер просторный с отличным видом на старую площадь с ресторанчиками. вид на домский собор в 70м. это не претензия, а для сведения. несмотря на то, что живая музыка под окном дисциплинированно заканчивается в 11 вечера, внизу шумновато при открытом окне, т.к. туристы отдыхают всю ночь и по-разному. нас не раздражало, т.к. мы хотели развлечений старого города.

Очень удачное расположение для прогулок по городу. Близко к жд вокзалу и всем достопримечательностям. Номера чистые, уютные. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Очень шумно ночью, окна нашего номера выходили на площадь с кафе и ресторанами, где шумные компании гуляют до 7 утра в выходные дни. Можно остнановиться на 1- 2 дня, на более длительный срок нужно выбирать номера, которые не выходят окнами на площадь.

Fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Mycket hög kvalitet I förhållande till priset, som var relativt lågt. Perfekt läge mitt I Rigas gamla stad. Mindre bra att restaurangen stänger så tidigt som tolv på kvällen. Vi kom från operan och ville äta sen middag, men det var inte möjligt - vi tvingades äta hamburgare på Hesburger I stället för en ordentlig restaurangmiddag!
