The hotel was generally good and of suitable standard for holidays or business use. All staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks bar closed at 10pm which seems rather negative. As a mature couple, we prefer a quiet lounge bar as against the many nightclubs that abound at Riga. The bar at the hotel was very well presented. Extended hours for guests would be a good idea. |

I liked the convenience of this flat's position, and the availability of wifi and internet phone. The one small problem I had was attended to immediately. It is not a Hotel, it's a flat, and the address entrance is very difficult to find. There is therefore, no reception, so call before you arrive. The cleaner speaks no English, so use the help line. They need to provide written instructions for the appliances, like washing machine. |

I liked the hotel's proximity to the railway and bus stations and to the airport bus, also to both parts of Riga, Jugendstil and Old Town. There was quite a lot of traffic noise at night if one kept the window open (which is usually necessary in summer). |

Very convenient for access to the airport and also to the bus station and train station. Ideal for access to shops and to exploring Riga as it is in the centre. An excellent breakfast. It is self service and there is a wide choice.Extremely good value for money |

its location The staff were not friendly. The level of English spoken was not sufficient. all the replyI got back from the people working in the restaurant was "I dont understand". We tried to have our dinner in the restaurant one night and we quickly changed our minds as there was a bad smell which was due to heavy smoking. why do you place "no smoking" signs on the wall if you are going to let people smoke? and about the cleanness, no one came to clean/tidy the rooms in 4 days. |

Central location to the city Room very small and small view to the patio. The mattress in bed was broken and a debacle and has need to be changed. TV channels have to have more Focus on international guests not coming from eastern countries. |

The room was clean and the hotel was easy to find. The location of the hotel was good and the price was ok. The breakfast was very good. The staff's language skills were not good. As we left the staff tried to charge us for 5 nights instead of 3 nights which we stayed there. In the hotel the staff denied of excepting Euros and we wondered the high price in Latis. |
