The hotel's located close to the city center, in three steps there's a great restaurant Lido with a tasty cuisine and friendly prices. The hotel's located on a very noisy street. And there's no condition in rooms! So if it's hot whether either you open a window and hear 24-hours loud street noise, or the room's extremely stuffy! Anyway you can't sleep at all!

friendly receptionists Breakfast was too plain, preheated meals were rather cold, and the coffee did not taste good strong coffee, but rather a coffee drink.

Nothing special , was close to the bus station , and had a little bit good breakfast . Very poor room and it was very tiny ! Old fashion furnitures , old tv , just a power plug for my chargers ... and many more ! The bed so small just to sleep a 12 years old kid ! The breakfast starts very late and lost a breakfast because left earlier ! For what they offer the price of the room is very high ! I don't recommended for other travelers !

Location close to the station. Didn't get the room we order, but after complaining we got to change to a bigger room. We did order a 3 person superior, but not sure if that what we got even after the room swap. Only problem with swapping rooms was that the room we got was meant for smokers, but it wasn’t used by smokers lately. The breakfast was acceptable, but they don’t know how to boil eggs. For us with a child stroller the door into the hotel was a bit narrow, ant there where three steps to get in. The staff could have smiled a bit more.

We really liked the location of the Hotel Irina, directly opposite the origa shopping Mall , central train & bus stations. The Old Town was just a few minutes walk away. When making a reservation through Booking.com, the Hotel does not normally take payment until departure. The Hotel Irina took their payment in full, the day after we booked.

Nice personal, nice room on 4th floor on street side. We were during a winter (-5 degrees by Celsium) and it was not very warm. Heater will not to able heat room enough in more strong winter, but it still good for -5. Restroom is excellent there is no doubt. Location is excelent, very close to Rail Road station and old city. Although Hotel has some cons I would consider to stay here again. WiFi didn't work in the room and even on the breakfast only around an elevator and reception. There is double room or at least personal said so. There were two 1.5beds, but we concated them together. Beds were very soft, I don't like soft beds, because after a night I can feel pain in my back. Breakfast is poor, I went to Lido in 10 minutes on breakfast instead.

Its location in the city centre, near the central railway station, main shops and the historical centre. Breakfast was quite good. We were offered a room with unrepaired towel radiator in the bathroom and had to insist for some time on being offered a room with a working radiator. Although the room was smaller, we were not offered a discount.
