The attention given to us by the staff.

The breakfast was a little disappointing in that we felt there should have been more staff on duty. Several times we had to wait for milk or plates. there was only one man manning the fresshly cooked eggs, and so one was put in a queuing system.

Everything was excellent

The hotel met my expectations well. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - the old city of Riga was nearby, but not quite in the middle so the hotel was also peaseful. The breakfast buffet was good and so was the service of the staff.

Unfortunately the hotel bar was not non-smoking area - I would have liked if there were also some kind of bar facilities also for non-smoking customers.

The hotel could not have been better. A very good location for Old Town and the ambience and decor of the hotel was excellent as were the smartly dressed staff who were very efficient and friendly. We could not fault it.

Everything was just excellent, real 5 star with great service! Location is perfect.

The airconditioning not functioning too good, the lighting, which had not enough switches to be used comfortably.

Hotel was central and very clean. Staff was very polite

(1) Asked for 30 mins late check-out and it was refused (12.30 rather than 12.00). (2) The second day I was there, I returned the the hotel and I found the door of the room wide open and no cleaning personnel around. I waited few minutes to see if someone was going to come back, but nothing. I went to the receiption and asked for explaination...they simply forgot to close the room! Fortunately nothing was missing in the room.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location in the old town made walking around very convenient.

The staff at reception were extremely welcoming and professional, the position of the hotel just off the Cathedral Square was perfect for visiting the historic center of Riga. The bedding was very comfortable, the room spacious and immaculately clean, furnishings were luxurious. All the comfort you would expect of a 5 star boutique hotel, good value for the money by Western European standards, but probably very expensive for Latvia.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy yet luxurious. Hotel staff is great. We have booked the rooms at the very nice price, thus for us it was definitely great value for money.

The beds could be a bit bigger both ways - but at least longer... 180 cm tall person is not feeling very comfy in it. The breakfast menu is not as wide as even in some usual level hotels, but pretty OK anyway.
