Highly comfortable hotel. Probably management should try harder to get visitors comming. If you come first time to hotel it is quite tricky to find the road to it: one more info sign is needed. No evening meals at the restaurant. You are kindly asked to go to other place. You go to neighbouring hotel. And next time you stay there as quality is quite the same but price difference is double.

If you come to hotel at 22:00 you must go somwhere else for late dinner. Though label on restaurant door says it's working till 23:00. And that's in midsummer.

Все очень понравилось. супер-завтрак, омлет, бекон, мммм :). выбор большой. номера большие, светлые, "вкусное" мыло :)). ооочень понравилось!

мы в восторге от отеля! нам понравилось все! персонал супер! чистота, спокойствие, уют! ресторан с прекрасной кухней, бармен -само внимание! за 10 лат с человека -и чедесная баня с джакузи , бассейном, большой зоной отдыха к вашим услугам(время не ограниченно). русские каналы. сигулда превзошла все ожидания: бобслейная трасса, замки, природа, горнолыжные спуски, аэротруба и многое другое. хочется вернуться снова в этот райский уголок! понравилось всё!

W Hotelu wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie, obsługa, poszanowanie prywatności, organizacja, komfort. Pani w recepcji zawsze miała dla nas uśmiech, w restauracji zachowano wszelkie standardy profesjonalnego lokalu. Hotel nawiązuje bezpośredni kontakt z gościem drogą mailową, odpowiada błyskawiczne na maile. Hotel bardzo czysty, schludny świetny ambasador łotwy. Polecamy!!!!!

patika apkalpošana , nummuriņa vannas istaba bija lieliska, brokastis atbilstoši 4 zvaigņu viesnīcai notika restorāna, bufetes tipa... neuzkritosa laipna apkalposana, neskatoties uz to ka viensicaa bija tuksa, praktiski 4 istabinas bija aiznmetas, brokastis bija perfektas un visss bija daudz un augstaaa kvalitaatee.

Schöne Zimmer und hochwertige Ausstattung! Sehr saubere Zimmer! Nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Genügend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Relativ weit vom Centrum entfernt rund 20-30 Min. zur Burg!

Очень доброжелательный персонал, вкусная еда, хорошая сауна и недорого. Вобщем рекомендую, отличный вариант тем, кто ценит комфорт. Далеко в глухом месте. Без машины не так хорошо как с машиной.

Hotelli konditsioneerid ei töötanud, tubades puudus prügikast. Hommikusöögile tulles olid lauad koristamata, tuli puudud nii kahvlitest kui nugadest,l samuti taldrikutest -neid pidi paluma, et juurde toodaks. samuti jäi puudu toidust. Kõike seda eelpoolkirjeldatut arvesse võttes ei ole nimetatud hotell väärt 4 tärni, samuti nii kõrget tubade hinda.

konditsioneerid ei töötanud ja oli väga palav toas. Personal ei osanud vastata küsimustele kust saab nende linnas normaalselt süüa ja mida vaadata. Minibaar-külmkapp oli lausa kuum sees aga peaks hoopis külm olema. Nö spa keskuses oli väga räpane igalpool oli seisva vee lõhn. Mullivanni oli pandud kloori nii palju et nahk sügeles ja silmad kipitasid. Tavalises basseinis oli väga külm vesi. Asukoht on jube kuna ümbritsevad mingid vanad mahajäetud garaazid.

Чистота в номерах. Месторасположение. Один из двух номеров которые нам достались на третьем этаже был угловым со скошенным потолком, несколько раз набивали шишки, также в этом номере было плохое отопление, чтобы почистить зубы в ванной комнате, приходилось надеть верхнюю одежду. Мыться ходили в соседний номер. И еще гостиница взяла с нас предоплату за одну ночь, объясняя это страховкой в высокий сезон, однако снежного сезона в этом году не было. Поездка в Сигулду и остановка в отеле была бесполезной, нам пришлось сидеть в номере в дождливую погоду.
