parking is good
poor and small bed no table or chairs in room windows do not open to let in fresh air poor view from window
Sauna and jacuzzy in the morning for free
Clean, great internet, soundproof rooms, comfortable beds, great location, good breakfast buffet, fantastic shower
The television menu has an on-demand movie choice that does not work (very minor issue)
Location, comfort, clean, design, food
Sauna&jacuzzi are open for free only untill 10 a.m
the pillows were very hard
It is a good hotel, comfortable and it is not far to old down town.
spa and brekfast
- Good breakfast - Staff is fine - Clean - 10 minutes from Central station
Wasn't getting wifi signal in the room. :( I was staying in room nr. 412
-Room cleanliness -No hidden charges -Good location -Quiet
-Showers are comically small -Couldn't seem to get the AC to work
Comfort, cleanliness, sauna, close to town centre
location is good, in the center, but not noisy as on the old city. quite, ,comfortable, nice and helpful staff, fast wi-fi, good a/c
breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was good enough.
Good location, excellent restaurant downstairs, secured parking lot
Staff could be more friendly and smile a bit, check-in very slow, long line to desk and only one person at the counter, busy breakfast area, food also basic, but fresh and stuffing, nothing to be WOW about for the price of approx.100 euros per night. No cosmetics in the bathroom (only at request and no info if extra paid). Rather low value for the money we left there. View at the block opposite so closing curtains is a must at any time.
Nice hotell Very good restaunt
To soft bed
Location Facilitated parking place when main garage is full
Hotel is extremely busy thus it probably makes the cleaning 2nd priority ( back of the toilet lid was probably never cleaned ! ) Breakfast is full of choices but really misses the quality
Nice room, good breakfast.
The hotel is very close (walking distance) to the public transport however with a heavy suitcase the road is difficult. No smooth roads, you have to take a longer road and smuggle or carry the suitcase down and up the stairs to the road under the street. There are elevators placed but they are broken/closed.
The food in the restsurant is really delicious.
The hotel is new and conveniently located close to the train station/bus station. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good.
The breakfast was good, but compared to the other hotels we stayed in in the Baltics in the same price class it could have a better selection. Of course, that basically says that it wasn't much to complain about here ;-)
Tallink Hotel is the best selection of price/quality ratio. The hotel was re-opened in 2010, so it is new and very clean. The staff if very kind, if you want to take a room service or ask them for smth (tooth brush, shampoo etc.), it will take only a few minutes.
Our window faces the another window, so our view wasn't so good, also the location of the hotel wasn't perfect, a little far from the down town (10-15 minutes going on foot).
friendly staff, nice decor, good internet connection, reasonable price.
breakfast could be better.Scrambled eggs made of egg powder so the taste and look was horrible. No chair in the room but only a kind of hassock so its hard to work on the computer in the room.
Room was quiet
Not able to open window in the room. No fresh air, only air conditioning
Rooms quiet and beds comfy
Breakfast the worst on the Baltic; cold and tasteless. Something (I think the carpet in the room) had allergens in it that caused morning coughing attacks. If you have allergies beware.
1.Breakfast had limited options and attendant staff there even worse. 2. Lobby had very limited sitting space 3. No Restaurant in evenings 4. Hotel suited for Business rather than leisure as hardly any literature or information available for tourists
Great private spa, rich breakfast, in spite of 4 years of service hotell is still like new.
Quality of scrumbled eggs, sausages and bacon at breakfast leaves much to be desired. Lack of space in the room. Very "exotic" parking system but it is rather interesting experience. Just plan an extra 20 minutes in order to drive out from the parking in check out time.
such a beutiful hotel!! great and kind staff! love the location. its my fourth time and surely not the last time!
