Only the location is good, as it is close to exhibition hall. Room has had almost no hot water, needed to wait for 20mins till warm water will arrive. Blankets were way too short (if you are 1,87cm tall, might have a problem). Breakfast was pretty bad (please, change the coffee!!). In the morning lobby of hotel becomes a waiting hall for people, there are several companies inside the building.

The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is close enough to the old town to be able to stroll in, but the trollie busses stop right outside and there is one excellent old style Latvian restaurant just 200 metres away.

Was near to the venue girl on desk at check in was very nice and helpful 19th nov Man on desk was very un helpful, when I asked for tea to brought to the room he said he would charge 6 lats so ~I had to bring it myself holding to bags of shopping. Altho it states free room service. Overcharged in the restaurant for a meal,Very expensive for what was provided, VEry old fashioned room , kitchen with no kitchen facilities no adapters for sale down stairs. Lift looked dangerous, bathroom was very awkward. No food no shops around.Very little help. Very disapointed in our stay

The price was really good. The room was clean, and we had no complaint for the bed. There was no problem with heating and the hot water. The quality of the internet was good in the room. So, we were satisfied with the room. I have no information about the breakfast as we did not order. A good shop is in the nearby where you can buy everything. The bus station is just on the next corner (1 minute) Tiszta rendezett szoba, ár-értékarányban kiváló. Jó a megközelítése. 5 perc séta egy bolt, ahol minden szükséges ennivaló (kenyér, zöldség, tejtermék, csoki, italok, stb) jó áron megvásárolható. Elégedettek voltunk. The only negative thing that the rooms are a bit noisy. Although there was no noise from the street but if there is a family behind the next door you can hear their conversation in your own room clearly, mainly in the night when everything is silent. But it is not a problem if you are sound asleep. éJszaka a csendben nagyobb az áthallás, a mellettünk levő szobába hazatérő pár beszélgetése olyan volt, mintha a mi szobánkban beszélnének. Bár mi nem vagyunk kifejezetten mélyen alvók.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The best part, unexpectedly, was that the hotel was 5-10 min walking distance from Riga Arena. We stayed 2 nights, the sole purpose of visiting was to see a concert here. Whilst it's not close to the city, it's close proximity to the arena should be highlighted in advertisements. Great location for concerts or sporting events.

Good location: on one of the central streets, both not far away from Arena Riga and old town (you may get them by walk). The hotel is near the bus stop ( max. 25 m.) There is a firm Laima's chocolade shop near the hotel. Good cafe inside the hotel, by your wish you can have good buffet breakfast, lunch (buffet), dinner (a-la carte).

We were surprised with complimentary champagne & roses in our room as the staff knew we were on honeymoon. Reception was very helpful in printing documents for us and always responsive to emails. Rooms can be a bit noisy if you have to open the window for ventilation (hotel is on a fairly busy street). Other guests were smoking in the stairwell next to our room despite it being a nonsmoking area; the smell permeated our room.

The room was big and it was good value for money; the location near the city centre (15 min. Walk) but without the noise of being in there. Breakfast is alright for the price. Poor hotel staff. No concierge service. If you would like to have a cafe latte or anything different from American coffee you have to pay an extra charge.

It's a budget hotel, which is pretty good compared to the price, we didn't have any problems with the hotel or staff A bit far from the city center (15-20 mins by walk) but there is tram #3 (and probably other lines) which can be used to reach the city and back. The lifts were a bit old and makes you wait a bit.
