Family room was bigger than expected which was excellent. Service level was "Eastern-European" - will be improved only by time. Personnel's skills in English were quite good. Elevators were of poor quality. Entrance hall was not very inviting. |

Hotel staff was very very kind. The parking was a pubblic space near the hotel entrance and not so big. The hotel was a little far from the old town (half an hour by walking). The bathoroom was quite small. The wi-fi connection was not so good in the room. Breakfast is a little poor for those who likes sweats food in the morning (croissant, biscuits, cakes...). |

The hotel is not bad. The room is clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is not far from the centre, just 15 minutes walk, but this is not a centre. The shower was not fixed good. Internet wasn't work all the time. |

Nice hotel staff. Good breakfast. We tried two rooms: first was a very comfort double with two separate rooms and a lot of space; second was quite small and had only one standard room. Bathrooms were really small in both rooms. I would say the kitchen is quite useless without kettle and stove :-) |
