There's a kitchenette but no kettle or kitchenware. There's a little black mould in the shower

Room accesories almost like in 5 star. Hairdryer, shie shine, shower caps, additional blankets and pillows, safe in the room (paid service).

Located not far frim the center, but the neigbourhood is not very pleasing. Walld are incredibly thin. Yoi can hear what people say in rooms next to yours and above yours!

Location close to city centre and ice hockey venue. Clean with good staff.

Price, location, cleanliness, fee parking, friendly helpful staff.

Rooms on the third floor are a bit jaded, pay extra for the refurbished rooms higher up if staying more than one night.

Wifi doesn't work in the rooms (at least 2nd, 3rd floors). The doors and the wall are thin, so you hear everyone talking in the hall.

Excellent location and great breakfast

I arrived on Saturday night. The woman on reception was a bit unwelcoming, but that was all. The staff in the morning (02/10 to 03/10) were better. A small point.

Stayed 16 days - quite a long time. 10-15 min walking to Old Town. At the end, i was happy to prefer this hotel.

Good location to Arena Riga, receptionist was friendly, breakfast was ok and room was cleaned.

In suite (#702) was so hard carpet -so painful was to walk on that, especially when you have been all day on your feet. and one kupboard (next to the minibar) was broken.. fix it ! :)

Hotel Tia was useful to us because it is situated close to our daughter's accommodation. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very helpful, particularly organising transfers to and from the airport.

The rooms are very small and the size of the bathroom was below standard.

Price & location are great. Silent, equipped with necessary things.

The Hotel personal was very friendly and helpfull. Room was nice, and hotel located not too far from the old town, so we walked to the old city.
