The hotel was modern,spotless clean, inviting and in a great location for the Old Town. Staff were very knowlegeable,helpful and accomodating.The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the complimentary dinner was excellent too. Supplies of tea and coffee were available day and night as was fresh fruit and pasteries during the day. Great hotel representing excellent value for money.Would recommend to anyone. |

Excellent value for money. Great dinner, included in the room cost. Helpful staff. Great location in a historical building. Home atmosphere. Poor soundproofing. You hear everything happening in rooms around you. |

buffet breakfast and evening meal, very comfortable and clean room, bar, atmosphere and design of hotel, freedom spa and jacuzzi was closed for renovation - i was not aware of this when booking which is a shame as that was one of the major criteria for choosing this hotel |

Clean , renovated hotel in the beautiful 19 century building. Close to the center and old town. Room was cold. Food was rather repetitive and promised hot tub was under renovation. |

staff, dinner, style we were put in disabled room. Shower clogged, so we had to change room in the evening. 1 drunk guy was harassing ladies in the lobby and restaurant. 2 days in a row. There was insufficient security to help the embarrassed overworked receptionist. |

The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly and the hotel represented excellent value for money and the breakfast and complimentry dinner buffet was of very high standard. Fantasic stay would recommend the hotel The lesiure facilites where not available |

Aboslutely fabolous - for the price - incl. not only breakfast, but also buffe dinner, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Room modern, clean with fresh flower and welcome water - it seems to me more like 4* + than 3* which is on the door. Very good location and friendly staf. Free internet. Excellent value, after long time when I can some hotel just recommend. |

Excellant food and service. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were fabulous. The jacuzzi and the exercise room were great as well. Everything was clean, professional and comfortable. I would definitely go again. Unfortunately the sauna wasn't working while we were there. |

Place is OK, price is OK. Hotel looks Scandinavian style, several houses connected - like Clarion everywhere Breakfast was 7 of 10, no carpet makes less comfort and something is wrong with the gutter system, as rain water drops from the roof onto plastic roof and makes big drum sound, preventing a good sleep |

Very nice building and sight. Near to city center. Absolutely good service for the price (clean, good breakfast and dinner buffet with good choice, comfortable bed, free computer with internet near reception, tea, coffee and fruits at any hour, good availability at the reception). Very recommendable Difficult to get in touch with other guests or with the staff because you barely never meet the same persons (different times, different tables, different languages) |

welcoming despite our very early arrival. Great buffet breakfast and fruit and drinks freely available all day. Excellent buffet supper freely provided in the evening in a relaxed and friendly environment. Free wifi on hotel computer. Attractive public spaces ain the hotel and neaness to all city attractions. Simple, clean and functional room and bathroom |
