Plein centre ville chambre petite avec trois avertissements agressifs (un dans la salle de bains, deux dans la chambre) sous peine d'amende: s'assoir sur le rebord-étagère de la baignoire, fumer, sortir des serviettes de toilette de la chambre. Pratique surprenante pour un trois étoiles... |

La situation de l'hôtel, dans une petite rue tranquille mais en plein centre de la vieille ville. La décoration tant de la chambre que des parties communes, l'amabilité du personnel. L'ambiance relativement familial, notamment lors du petit déjeuner. Puis les petits bonbons à l'entrée : mhhh! |

Staff was exceptionally accomodating and attentive. Location could not have been better. Breakfast selection was ample and fresh. Our room was in the older, charming part of the hotel which had been completely referbished -and felt like staying in a private guest room. We will go back to this hotel and recommend it to friends. My passport was stolen while shopping in Riga - so would recommend protecting your things while in the street. However, the hotel staff called the police and my Embassy and did what they could. |

It was wonderful stay, pleasant(helpful) stuff, nice service, quite rooms and good atmosphere. Tasty breakfast and interesting breakfast room design.Every time when I visit Riga I will stay in this hotel. |

The hotel is new, so it is clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are comfortable to spend 1-2 nights. The elevator is audible from the room as well as noisy guest, who spoke aloud in the corridor till 2 a.m. There is no night curtain on the window so you could be seen from the opposite room. |

Location is central. New and stylish furnitures> Staff are ok. If you have respiratory problem such as asthma then you may watch out because the ventilation in the rooms is poor+ daily room services starts at 3pm which I think strange+no curtains in the rooms for darkness and privacy+breakfast is not as good as it should be+internet cable is short. |

Wonderful New Hotel!!!!! I really reccomend it !! Very stylish and comfortable rooms.In the room I had all that I need: safe for my laptop, air conditioning, iron, minibar.Very polite and helpfull staff.Tasteful breakfast! Thank you to all personal!!! |

location is perfect, warm and cosy room, just it is pretty small ) but all is clean and well designed. staff is helpful and friendly. breakfast is simple and tasty: pancakes, porridge, omlette, yoghurt, local sorts if cheese, fruit and vegetables - all you need for breakfast and even more. tea and drinking water in the room would be nice |
