Opened in summer 2009, this very centrally located hotel provides quiet rooms and friendly service within easy walking distance of the historic quarter of Riga.
Score from 903 reviews Good
The 4-star Maritim Park Hotel Riga is located next to the picturesque Victory Park, 1.4 miles from the city’s Old Town.

Friendly welcome! OK breakfast. Good location.
Poor or non existent WiFi. Lack of proper cleaning of room. Rubbish left by customers not cleared after hours. Poor security. Bed sheets too small.
We arrived early (at 7 in the morning) and our room was ready so we could check in without extra payment. Also all stuff members were very helpful and friendly and all arising issues were solved very quickly.
We booked a family room with one double bed, one single bed and a sofa, but the room was only double bed and very uncomfy sofa, so be attentive if you need all three sleeping places, because we had to sleep together on double bed (2 adults and a kid) so I see no point in getting a family room then. Also the rooms need some renovation because they look pretty soviet especially walls and inner doors. The breakfast is totally disgusting and usually it's included in the price if staying, but if nit I highly recommend not to pay for it, better go to some nearest cafe.
The attention of the staff
Location, access to public transport
plase near old town, good stop to car.
He from my card acepted biger money that you offer in internet of night..Good that were i come back at home and look to my account.
Hi I had booked a nonrefundable room.Due to some problem i couldnt arrive but i did not loose money cos i they offered me that i still can stay in the room At different date. This is really a customer care policy
Since i have not stayed in it , so i can give only a guess. It is a centrally located hotel which provid many services at reasonable price
Location was ok.
No WIFI in my room, I complained several times in the reception, they were just ignorant. Dustrolls, spidernets and dirty carpets in my room, mold in the bathroom. My room didnt look like any of these pictures, maybe it was in the other side of the building. It is more like a dirty hostel, than a 3 star hotel.
Here is not close to Center, but supermarket and tram, bus station is close.
Low grade room is old and not comfortable.
- Price - friendliness - ease
- Bathroom could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned but I have seen worse places which were more expensive. For the money you pay, you get a good enough service.
staff and location
- false advertising (price dropped from 200 to 30 Euro!!!) - not very clean - very old structure - rooms not furnished well - uncomfortable beds
Viktorija is located in a somewhat tired but impressive building. Its main advantages are the central location and low prices. The rooms are basic but they have pretty much all you need. No problems with hot water or wireless connection. A working TV set. Reasonable breakfast. All in all a good place to stay in the Riga centre if you do not have very high expectations.
The lack of soundproofing could pose a problem depending on your neighbours and the location of the room. In summer the lack of proper air conditioning will pose a problem because both the street and the inner courtyard are rather noisy, so no sleeping with an open window. Also the breakfast room can get packed as it does not match the size of the hotel. Other than that I can think of nothing that needs to be said here.
The hotel was about 10-15 min walk from the centre. Despite its low price the room had even slippers, shoe sponge, sewing kit and a shoehorn in addition to the standard accessories. Breakfast was included. Room was quite comfy.
Bathroom was tiny bit worn out and some of the staff was a bit distant.
Special offer which made the hotel really cheap Not too far from city centre Nice reception girl, really helpful Quite good breakfest considering that it was included in the price
Beds were a little bit too short which made sleeping quite difficult. Would be really good if there would be chance to choose between the lenght of the beds. :)
Location was ok....
This hotel was dirty, smelly, and utterly disgusting. I will never stay there again!
the room was ok , breakfast ok , staff good and helpful, value for money .
a little bit far from old city but there is a trolley station near that can take you to the central station
It was the one and only affordable hotel in the period. I know understand why. Never again in my life.
Creepy and super hot and wet room, no air coming from the window, no air conditioning, furniture making exaggerate noise. Staff doesn't seem able to do its own work. Breakfast does not meet western european standards (at Lidl you'd probably eat better). Ugly and decadent building, area does not look very safe - though nothing serious happened. Sovietic lift and furniture in common areas. Advertisement for "massage" treatments at reception, where at night you can spot girls (working at them?). If I have to give an advice, don't go there, especially if you are with your family. I'd never sleep there again.
Good and nice place!
food , place in city centre , room service
wifi is not working in room , double bed is very weak and is not made for couple ,
Cheap price Good location
No parking next to hotel Breakfast was awful, no hygiene, no choice of products Room quality also poor, from door you can hear everything what is going on in all hotel Showers like in ancient times Staff rude, no smile at all. Looks like hostel 1 star max..
clean rooms. good dislocation in city
sewer pipes noise :) low sound insulation betwean rooms
Location is good- sights in city centre and old town are both easily accessible on foot. Lobby has an art nouveau chic that is attractive if slightly shabby. Staff was friendly enough and responded well to extra needs and requests.
Rooms did not look at all like the ones advertised on this site, much more generic and less attractive. Furniture in rooms is clearly very cheap. Bed slats fell out of one single bed when a person sat down. Breakfast was not very good- the café across the street provided a much better breakfast for a modest price.
The front desk staff speaks broken English and is not friendly, not answering questions and when it does so annoyed and superficial. If you do not want to work in the hotel go somewhere else, totally inadequate. The structure is crumbling moquet smelly, dirty rooms with no air conditioning, just a fan. room overlooking the busy main road is also far from the center which can be reached by bus or on foot half an hour and more.breakfast one way .... just salty food. parking inadequate despite booking.
Brud, ohydne, niejadalne śniadanie, smród w pokojach, pleśń w łazience. Dirty bathroom, uneatable breakfast, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
