Awal Hotel Tripoli  

The Location was Very Good to the fair ground and the super markets. All you need to take a taxi for 3 - 5 Libyan Dinar to reach nearst big super market.

The internet was free but it always drop and the speed was slow. The Cleanness of the AC.

The position is very central and near the exibithion ground. The breakfast vas good and various.

The hotel is located very near a mosque and therefore the 5 prayers call are difficult to miss, even the early morning one!

Det bedste var helt klart det åbne, hjælpsomme og utrolig omsorgfulde personale. Vi oplevede medarbejdere, der havde det godt sammen, som fik os til at føle os velkommen og trygge og som ikke satte grænser for på hvilken måde de kunne hjælpe os. Vi måtte låne penge af personalet, da hæveautomaterne næsten alle var ude af drift. Vi blev kørt til lufthavnen for at hente vores forsinkede baggage. Vi blev tilbudt, at blive vist rundt i Tripoli og blev kørt til alle mulige forskellige steder. Vi blev understøttet i en episode, da vi kom i kontakt med politiet. Vi måtte høre deres historier og de ting de havde på hjertet. Fem stjerner og mere til det fantastiske personale!

Der er ingenting vi sådan set kan klage over, det eneste som er meget forskelligt fra det vi er vandt til, er det faktum, at der bliver røget ret meget i forhallen. Det generte ikke os, men kunne måske genere andre gæster.

The room was the cleanest and more ordered I have found in my life. The lady who was cleaning the room was FANTASTIC

My room was at 6 meters from the mosque son each night I was waked-up by the muezzin. Be very carefull with the reception booking taxis: clarify which type of taxi and remember that there is no reason to pay to the receptionist more than 15 dinars to be returned to the airport.....

Perfect service, clean, fast internet connection, air condition. OK.

Temiz ve sakin bir otel. Libya şartlarında internet 5 yıldızlı otellerde sıkınıtlı iken bu otelde gayet iyi çekiyordu. ( diğer kalan arkadaşlarımın ifadesi ). Libya için ideal bir otel.

Çok gürültülü ,özellikle sabah erkenden temizliğe başlayan görevliler çok gürültü yapıyordu.Ayrıcapersonel yetersizliği vardı.Kafeden birşey almaya kalktığınız zaman kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz ,servisi çoğunlukla resepsiyonistler yapıyordu.

Personale gentile. A100 m dall'entrata dalla fiera di Tripoli. 5 min a piedi da piazza dei Martiri. Connessione wi fi gratuita in lobby. Connessione lan gratuita in camera. Colazione internazionale.

Si fuma nella lobby ma è così anche negli altri hotel.

bon rapport qualité prix. A deux pas de la Médina et de l'hyper centre ville de Tripoli

hôtel situé juste à coté d'une mosquée. donc réveillé par l'appel à la prière vers 5h, tous les matins... Parfait si vous êtes matinal !

I really like this hotel. It was my third time there. I had a couple of issues in the second stay, but this third stay was much better.

Everything was OK. Comfort is good, breakfast is good. HOtel is clean. Rooms are cleaned every day!

This was my second time at this hotel. The first experience was really positive and was over my expectations. Maybe that is the reason why I was a little bit disappointed with some situations that happened this time. When I arrive the room was OK, but there were things left from previous guests that were not cleared - 5 unfinished bottles of water, written paper left on the desk. The internet was not working properly most of the time, although the reception people were 24/7 plugged on Facebook. The problem was always with the guests internet connection. During check out, I asked for 30 minutes late checked out and was refused, because the hotel was fully booked. The thing is that nobody arrived at the hotel in the next hours that I was sitting in the reception, waiting to leave to the airport.
