Cheap, good rooms, breakfast included. Close to railway and supra tours bus station. Fairly ordinary staff service, and a good 20 minutes walk from Medina.

Location was good although not walking distance to Jamaa el Fna. Taxi's are plentiful and cost approximately 7-10 MAD (sometimes more at night). It's walking distance from the bus and main train station - about 10 minutes. Taxi's will try to rip you off for the 2 minute ride so beware! It should be no more than the minimum fair of about 6 MAD. Room was very spacious and comfortable and it was good to have a balcony. Breakfast was good and you could have a selection of pastries, breads, omelette, freshly prepared msemmen (Moroccan Crepes) - the best I had in Morocco!, tea, coffee and juice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Internet not available in the hotel room - only in communal area.

Reception staff "Abdelrahman" was very helpful on our arrival. Room allocation and service were swift and excellent and very polite. Cleanliness in the room was very unsatisfactory- The rugs on the floor were very old -past their days, not hoovered with other people's hair. (They need changing) The walls are well due a lick of paint as they are very dirty. We received ripped towels in room 224, the bathroom needs renovating and bringing up to the 21st century to keep up with competition as this is a touristic city, The bath hole had some hair stuck in it

we were 2 girls staying in the hotel. the staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful and friendly. The location /30min/ to the centre was good, it is in the new part of marrakech so its more modern. very close to the train/bus station and to shopping area :) the restaurant in the hotel was also good. the breakfast was sufficient, coffee tea milk, pastry, marmelade, butter eggs omeletes..hotel offers many excursions in a good price. the pool was amazing!!!!! we had a little balcony in our room. the room was clean and even the cleaning ladies were very nice! good price! we stayed for a week almost and we also got a complimentary dinner. nothing, would stay again!

good location We had reservation for 3 nights as there is offer that u can get dinner meal for free. I asked about it and they told me itś just from 4 nights and more.....it made me upset...i was discussing that and in the end they said ok, but u cant choose in what evening u want to have dinner, they give it automatically last evening of your stay. There is just basic breakfast /bread, butter, marmelade, cornflakes, juice, tea, coffee, milk/ They also make egg omelette and traditional pancakes. But no cheese, no salamis.
