The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is good value for basic accommodation - right in the thick of the action and a stone's throw from the Djemaa el Fna. The room was small and noisy until very late at night on the Saturday night - but that's to be expected if you want to stay right in the thick of the action. The bathroom was also basic and the hot water was highly erratic. |

Good, what I expected, in this sort of price range. All staff helpful. Very Central to the Square. Could not take Credit Card payment for the stay, only cash, should let guests know on arrival. |

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the help given by the hotel staff! They were amazing. If you are a light sleeper I would give the hotel a miss as it can be a bit noisy. |

Very good location just close to the place Jaama El Fna. Good rooms with balcony Bathroom a little smelly and hot water doesn't last long enough for a good shower but nothing too serious |

People are friendly and the hotel is very very close to the place Jamaa el Fna. You don't get lost into the souks to find the hotel what is a relief during the night. Considering the hotel is inside the old town, its is reasonable. Is worth to know that the noise outside (street, place) goes and goes til late at night. |

Outstanding location -- less than five minutes from the main square. My room had a window looking onto alley, and had nice fluffy blankets. The rooms are very small, and could use an upgrade. Be sure to request a room with a window, as the other rooms are very dark. |

l emplacement par rapport a l animation exterieure ;;; tout est a deplorer dans ce soi disant riad hotel ;;;;;;ne le conseiller a personne ;;;;; ou en depannage pour une nuit eventuellement;;;; nous y sommes restes 5nuits et si nous avions reflechi nous aurions du partir de suite et chercher autre chose l hotel mal tenu sanitaire a deplorer eau froide seulement dans ce petit lave mains ou l on ne peut rien pose avec regulierement des grosses coupures d eau;; pas un seul porte serviettes; minable ;;;la douche avec si ²peu de puissance de jet et des hausses brutales de temperature au point de crier tellement ca brule;;;; tres dangereux impossible d etre tranquille sous la douche et avec en prime des coupures egalement;;;;; incroyable pas une prise de courant dans ce coin toilettes ;la chambre sans aeration pour aerer a l exterieur ::::::sans une seule armoire ou rangement pour valises ;vetements et accessoires toilette ;;;;;nous avons eu la panne de la clim chauffage obligatoire car tres tres humide;; lit mouille le sor |

la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione le camere non corrispondono alle descrizioni riportate su booking (camere piccole e alcune fatiscenti) e il non avere accettato carta Visa come invece era nelle condizioni |

La situation en centre ville,le petit dejeuner à la terrasse dans la rue piétonne bien copieux Petite fenetre dans la chambre et en plus donnant sur le couloir avec juste un rideau,problème de flexible dans la douche,pas mal de bruit |

La ubicación es perfecta para quien visite Marrakech en pocos días. Está en pleno centro de la Medina al lado de todos los puntos de interés turístico. Falta de higiene. |

Lo mejor de este hotel es la proximidad al centro histórico de marrakech y su personal.Es gente muy amable y te ayudarán en lo posible.Las camas son super cómodas y es bastante barato. Lo que menos me ha gustado del hotel es el baño.Esta limipio pero es pequeño y algo incómodo. |

El hotel está a 50 metros de la plaza. Las habitaciones son de moqueta y está bastante sucia. Las toallas y las sábanas también estaban sucias (concretamente las sábanas tenían manchas y pelos que no eran nuestros, y las toallas manchas de maquillaje y yo no uso). El baño es tercer mundista. Al lado del hotel hay una panadería y el ruido comienza a las 3 de la mañana, es insoportable. El desayuno es muy pobre, te ponen unas tortas grasientas y pan del de toda la vida, no hay más opciones. En fin, este hotel es lo que se dice una pensión, ni más ni menos. |

Super personnel a notre ecoute, on a eu droit a une soirée organisé a l'hotel: exellente cuisine, super musicien. A recommandé pour des couple en recherche de typique, bien situé à deux pas de la place! On a été ravi de cette hotel!!! C propre et tous les jours on a droit à une nouvelle présentation de notre lit et du restaurant.super dejeuner et la cuisine est delicieuse Les chambres sont petite, plutot à conseiller pour des couples et pour des baroudeurs!
