Reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful!

We got ripped off at the hotel restaurant. I recommend eating else where as the waitor robbed a group of us of 100 Dirham !

Proximity to Medina and many cafes and restaurants.

No WIFI in rooms, shabby rooms and bathrooms. Hard beds and pillows. Street parking and parking attendants always asking for more money.

Nice and friendly staff, 24h manned staff and helpful in giving directions and information about where and what. Location was very good, not more than 10-15 min walk from both Jamaa el Fnaa market place, and Gueliz, the modern part of the city. Located on a fairly quiet street. If you don't care about luxury on your hotel and you are away from your hotel all day and most of the night, then this hotel is good. If you want nice, cozy and large hotel rooms, then you want to find some place else.

Breakfast was not the most attractive, seen from a western standard. Blankets are not new and washed. Bath room installations such as the tap, the shower curtain etc. could use a replacement.

Very good location close to the Medina, but also near modern restaurants and bars. Friendly, english speaking staff.

No frills, and very poor breakfast. The lobby has looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1975.

I liked the location as it was about 15 min walk in either direction to the square and to the newer part of Marrakech. It was quite quiet and there was a daily change of towels.

The hotel is fair in every aspect, and honestly you can find better place for the same amount of money. The only good thing is that the hotel is located close to the night clubs area

    Hotel facilities are quite poor

Very good value for the money. Breakfast was included. About a 20 min walk to the main square. They do take credit cards as well as exchange money. Staff spoke English as well.

TV had only one English channel however, we weren't there to watch TV.
