Great hotel and staff. Lot's of attention to detail and very helpful front desk staff. The best combination of riad and hotel - large enough reception and pool areas not to feel like a house party with awkward guests.

Could be a bit more attentive with drinks service around the pool.

This is a super place to stay. It doesn't look great from the outside but after entering the frontdoor you are in an oase with flowers, palmtrees and super friendly personal. Do not leave the hotel to dine somewhere else because you will not find a better kitchen. Take your dinner outside and a romatic evening is garanteed!! You can also park your car easily.

Absolutely nothing and highly recommend it to everybody. recommendation is to drive yourself to the medina. Start the day early and you will find a parkingspot in or close to the Medina.

It is an amazing place. Staff is incredibly nice, always there if you need something. Beautiful Massages and Hammam. The restaurant special dish, lamb shoulder is really worth it.

This is a very good hotel outside the center of Marrakech. It will take you about 15 minutes with a taxi to go to center. The hotel staff is excellent and very helpfull. Rooms are good and clean. The outside swimming pool is nice and normally breakfast is available on the terrace. The restaurant serves Morrocan dishes and are very good. We stayed for 4 nights (22 April till 26 April). Next time when we visit Marrakech we will go back to this hotel. It was great to stay in Al Fassia.

This hotel is cosy and well managed. We were with our baby and we wanted to have quiet place aside of the city as we had our car. Service on breakfast was excellent with traditionnal Moroccan food.

    Wifi should be deployed

Beautiful staff, gorgeous rooms and facilities - modern yet traditional with a truly genuine Morrocan feel. Serene, friendly, accommodating, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. I was a solo traveler and had such a warm welcome and a blissful 5 days in Marrakech all thanks to the staff. They organised a seamless airport pickup, excursions and nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool is amazing, the massage treatments are lovely and the food in the restaurant is 5 star.

Could have had a bigger TV. But that isn't for everyone.

It was a delight staying at this hotel. The staff was so lovely (Sofia at reception is just so sweet!) and the hotel is a little oasis of calm and relaxation. About 10 min away (by cab) from the Medina, it means that it is a very quiet area. Just what we wanted. We also took advantage of the on-site facilities and went for a Hammam and Massage. They were both great and once again, the staff was brilliant. I would definitely go back and hope to do so soon!

This is the best hotel we stayed in Marrakech. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Also the manager Myra made us feel very welcomed. We couldn't ask for better service. Breakfast was superb ! I would recommend this place if you are looking for peace and relaxation.

Relaxing and calm oasis. Great restaurant. Fabulous pool area. Excellent, friendly staff who give great advice (especially how to avoid being overcharged by taxi drivers!)

A little further from the Medina than we would have liked. Then again, this is probably a plus that contributes to the calm atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

This Hotel is fantastic, It is a relatively new hotel but designed very much according to a traditional Riad plan. It uses Moroccan craftsmanship in a considered way and is spotlessly clean. Myra and her staff work really hard to create and maintain a contemporary Moroccan hotel experience which is a superb mix of hospitality, privacy and comfort. For the first night we stayed in a de-luxe suite facing the private garden and pool. Our room was very generous in size and the beds enormous and really comfortable. The cost seemed, to us, reasonable given the time year and the standard of accommodation. Sofia was always good humoured with advice on what to see and how to get around. The restaurant is hugely popular and overseen by Wafi. The menu includes interesting options for vegetarians as well as traditional meat-based Moroccan dishes. They serve Moroccan wines which are generally as good as any of the French wines served in Morocco and often better value. We liked it so much we decided to book extra nights. We gave them very little notice and this was a busy time for them but they still managed to find us extra space. I look forward to returning to stay at this hotel.

Al Fassia Aguedal is a welcome oasis of calm from the frenetic Medina area. Location may not suit those that want to stay close to the centre. But taxis are cheap so this is not really an issue.
