The hotel is lovely, big rooms, good pool, friendly staff and a great restaurant. I loved the location, as a regular visitor to marrakech I wanted to be near enough to town to go in occasionally but far enough away to get away from it!

Everything. It's a great place with friendly staff and excellent service. It's spotlessly clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Relaxing quiet hotel which allows you to escape the madness or Marrakech

We were in Marrakech for business and staying in the Medina (old town). I have to confess I was hardpressed to understand why anyone would want to come to Marrakech for vacation until we spent a night at Al Fassia Aguedal. It was perfection. The rooms were large, spacious and spotless. The decoration was traditional (tadelakt walls, beautiful tiles, stained glass windows and wood) but all the plumbing was modern. All the touches were perfect, from the welcoming water and fruit and dates, to the sumptious towels and bathrobes and slippers, the extremely comfortable bed and the modern tv. The service was amazing, friendly and thoughtful. For the price we paid, this was a miracle. Cannot recommend this place enough. The restaurant is perfect too -- try the soup!

Great price/quality relation on the given promotion (~600€ for 5 nights) Every service is when you want : brakfast when you want, check out when you want , etc. The pool area is great and our roomo also. If you want to combine some relaxation with a visit to the town this is the best place since: it's less then 10 mins taxi (3€ day time and 5€ at night) from the medina (if you want to walk is 30 mins absolutly safe during the day. The shrot distance from the medina allows you to avoid the mess nad also have the space for a large and wonderfull poll (large not for families but you can coexist wit a few couples on it) excelent service. Very good quality for the prices. Really recomend

THe dirver they recomended us for a one day trip to the mountains was not oriented for a customer experience but rathe to make a good deal for him. But I suspect this is not hotel's fault since these things are always changing. Really recomend to explore lonely planet for good tips on escapes from Marrakech.

Je connaisssais Marrakech magnifique,mais là j'ai trouvé le paradis,vraiment exceptionnel par l'ensemble des prestations,l'amabilité du personnel,l'acceuil,ainsi que la disponibilité du personnel,et de la direction

الذي لم يعجبني في القاسية هو ان سرير النوم صغير يصلح للاطفال وليس لكبار السن او الرجال البدينيين نتمنى التوفيق للجميع

Camere molto spaziose e impeccabili. Ristorante Al Fassia rinomato e con ottime specialità locali ad un buon prezzo.

Très bonne gestion de l'hôtel et du restaurant. Le service est excellent ainsi que l'accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses décorées dans le style du Maroc. Les salles d'eau sont également très spacieuses. Excellent séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Hotel au dimension humaine et typique. Personnel au petit soin . Accueil chaleureux et convivial.

accueil , les services , le calme . il faudrait une tv plus performante ! Excellent dans l ensemble.

pas facile a trouver en voiture ,et il faudrait un veritable parking .

L'établissement est superbe. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé en suite, c'était très beau. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire plus particulièrement Sophia et la dame du petit déjeuner. L'hotel est à 30 min à pied du centre ville (30 dh en taxi). Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La piscine est grande et belle pour se détendre. Allez y les yeux fermés si vous recherchez un petit hotel mi Riad calme, de plus, il ya un restaurant dans l'établissement qui est délicieux et le service parfait.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet excellent hotel. Nous en sommes repartis enchantés. Un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire ainsi que la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuné au bord de la piscine excellent ainsi que la cuisine familiale et typique de l'hotel. Hammam et massage en couple de grande qualité. Hotel de charme et restaurant gastronomique qui méritent bien leurs noms.courez-y

Accueil absolument charmant. Petit dejeuner autour de la piscine: un pur moment de bonheur. Chambres tres belles et restaurant toujours aussi excellent.Un grand merci a tout le personnel d une gentillesse rarement rencontree.

Deux points negatifs: piscine non chauffee et un peu fraiche encore au mois d avril. Environnement pas genial avec proximite d un terrain vague.
