The staff were really really friendly and went out of the way to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The give us an excellent room, with a large balcony and well equipated room. They said that it was a suite and we paid 50€ for that room. The hotel is small and charming with a small pool. A little far away from the medina but near the beach.

Staff is friendly and the hotel is not in the city centre but very close to the beach, perfect for kitesurfing...

Having had a pleasant stay at the Al Jasira Hotel two years ago, we made a return visit. Although maybe not so appealing to some, we liked the location of the hotel as it is situated away from the centre of Essouria - not to say that the centre isn't nice, we mearly enjoyed the walk into the town. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and when we emailed prior to our visit to request a room with a balcony, our request was adhered to at no extra cost. The rooms are basic, but I think they are pretty much what you would expect for this price bracket.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if is was our room in particular or whether the drainage system is a problem, but our bathroom had a continual smell of urine, which wafted into the bedroom. When I went to complain about this, air fresher was sprayed into the air-vents as a way solving the problem. The air fresher did not, however, solve the problem and the smell returned. It wasn't very pleasant. Also the breakfast choice is rather limiting. I suffer with wheat intollerence, and bread, cake and pancakes feature heavily in the breakfast buffet. Whilst I realise this is a typical Moroccan breakfast, there was no option of fruit at all. In saying that, one of the waiters did nip out to buy me yoghurt, to which I was very grateful.

To get outside to the pool you must go out through reception almost on to the street. Our room was right about the pool so a little noisy. Also couldn't open blinds as people could see in

La chambre spacieuse avec une ronde terrasse. Le personnel dévoué pour le petit déjeuner qui nous a fait des crêpes marocaines à la demande. Le fait que l'on puisse prendre le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11h, super pour la famille de dormeur que nous sommes! Les femmes de chambre qui sachant que nous étions avec deux enfants ont plié les serviettes en formes d'éléphants et de signes, les petits étaient ravis!

L'isolation phonique des chambres pas au top mais pas catastrophique non plus. L'équipement de la chambre qui n'était pas celui du descriptif (pas de lecteur dvd).

- Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. - Mooi sfeervol hotel, in Marokkaanse stijl. - Een extra final touch aan de kamers, namelijk decoraties van handdoeken en bloemblaadjes. - goede informatie over de stad en omgeving.

- Eigenlijk alleen dat het buiten zwembad wel erg koud was, maar ja het is daar winter dus logisch.

Das Hotel, ist sehr klein und daher alles sehr persönlich. Alle Mitarbeiter und auch der Chef, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag, bekam ich schon, um 6:15 Uhr das Frühstück, da ich um 7:00 Uhr, wieder zum Busbahnhof musste.

Die Lage, war leider sehr außerhalb und es war bestimmt eine 1/2 Std., bis ich in der Medina war.

El persomal muy amable, buenos desayunos., pieza muy amplia.

El hotel es muy estrecho, el lobby. El bano no tenia cortina en la tina por lo tanto se mojaba entero cjando uno se duchaba, avisamos el problema, pero no lo arreglaron nunca, no tenia frigobar ni aire acondicionado. Creo es muy caro para la calidad del hotel. Piscina chica con poco espacio para tomar sol o descansar.

La piscine un peu petite

Posizione vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di Essaouira.

La piscina piccola e troppo affollata.

Qué estaba cerca de la playa y tenía piscina. El personal habla inglés y se agradece. El desayuno no estaba mal para el precio del hotel y las fechas.

La habitación era muy sencilla, al igual que el cuarto de baño.
