The Naoura Barrière is spread over a beautiful garden landscape, centrally located in Marrakesh near the heart of the medina (historic quarter). It offers a peaceful setting and luxury facilities.

The room. The garden. Very nice staff. Fine breakfast. Free transportation in private car at any time off day. Good value for the money.
great location superb staff lovely room beautiful garden
Good value for money accommodation. The nearby Mall is an asset to the location.
Location is not in walking distance to major facilities.
Lovely small friendly hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Lovely room, fantastic breakfast- different every day. Free wifi throughout. Free shuttle car to main square. Would definitely return. We had a great time - thank you so much.
Location - hotel is in tourist area, no local small shops nearby, but massive, very modern shopping centre across the road! However the distance was counterbalanced by the free shuttle bus to the main square.
Free shuttle service to and from town as well as airport. Attentive and friendly staff. Regular changing of bed linen, towels and cleaning of rooms. Outdoor pool kept clean. Nice view of the mountains.
Breakfast: Eggs EVERY DAY without variation, no meat. Strictly NO ALCOHOL. Thouroughfare within building very dark.
I like to run in the mornings so I choose thus place a bit off the beaten path. There is a mall walking distance. The staff and everything was delightful! They are super friendly!
My fiancé and me stayed 4 nights in the Albakech House, in the superior suite. Everything was spot on! (helpful and flexible staff, nice breakfast, comfy bed etc.) However the city center is 10 minutes by car, it is a free shuttle each day.( This distance was also a positive thing to have some relax after a busy day)We asked the hammam and massage for an additional price, which was excellent. Highly recommended!
About the hotel we liked the bedroom and the balcony. And that's all. The hotel offers a private car to take the guests to the Jemaa-el-Fnaa Square. They also offered to buy our train tickets to leave Marrakech, what was nice. In the neighborhood there are several hotels, a shopping mall with supermarket, restaurants and nightclubs.
Even the shower was terrible, bad conserved. The staff are kind of lost and they can't really help you or welcome you. Even the tea we get everywhere in the country on arrival, they only offered to us after 10 minutes waiting for the room to be ready... and it was about half an hour waiting, despite we were there on time. At night we tried to book the tour to Essaouira, and a rude man in the reception almost made we give up with many difficulties about payment, departure time, etc. In the afternoon we booked it and it was ok, we left the hotel, and when we returned about 22h this man wanted to charge us in advance, what wasn't asked before. I wouldn't walk around to search an ATM machine, and then I said we wouldn't go anymore. 5 minutes later he went to our room saying that we could pay on the next day. Obvious! This man is really rude and I wasn't comfortable with him. And that reception staff doesn't wear an uniform. The breakfast is served in the table by a slow and careless woman. We were two persons, and all that we got was one bread (half for each), some fruits, yogurt, one day there was a slice of cake, the other day an omelette... Disappointing.
I had a brilliant time while in Marrakech. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind. Well located away from all the noise and a near by shopping center and night clubs. Really had a good time and would recommend it to anyone ;) happy travels to all. Peace♥♥♥
Greeted on arrival by Adam the owner which was nice, beautiful lounge area very elegant. Great size pool, nice comfy loungers and towels provided. I highly recommend their hamman and massage was fantastic! only 5 mins in a cab to everything. would highly recommend this hotel!
We liked everything! This was our second visit and we plan to visit again as soon as we can. A perfect place to wind down and relax with the hustle and bustle of Marrakech 5 minutes down the road. Adam and all his staff are so welcoming; nothing is too much trouble. Perfect!
Initially we stayed for 3 nights, we were bowled over with the place, beautiful room, bathroom, excellent air con and wifi, the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularily Adam who runs the hotel. I had booked the next 4 nights on the Atlantic coast and wanted to return here for a few nights before we set off for a wee adventure and end our last 2 nights here. Discussed this with Adam who suggested a stay in the atlas mountains and a camel ride and night glamping in the desert, we loved the idea and he only booked amazing accommadation for us and even rang the hotels to make sure we had arrived safely, thank you Adam you made our holiday !
I haven't got a bad word to say about this place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week. All the staff were lovely and so so helpful
Breakfast was good, rooms where very clean and were also good, The pool was really clean as well ..
Location .. a bit far out of the city but this had it's also had it's plus points
Very friendly Riad with Adam being very helpful. The pool area is relaxing with sun all day. Breakfast was nice and we could could sit outside near the pool. The reception area is attractive with a lovely fountain and opulent chairs and sofas. What amazed us was the Carfours shopping centre up the road and a bowling alley. Quite convenient but felt weird in a way after a week of older Morocco. Overall 2 nights here was well worth staying. Handy and friendly driver to take you to the Medina. Bang on time both ways.
Not allowed to take you're own water, food etc around the pool and have to pay an overpriced rate for bottled water when you can buy it for a third of the price a few minutes walk away.
You weren't allowd your own food by the pool but the hotel had nothing to offer other then crisp
Swimming pool Kindness of Staff Massages
the breakfast in the garden
insufficient light in the bathroom
The swimming pool was lovely.
The development, around 15 mins by taxi from the medina with an unpleasant mall full of fast food outlets as the nearest dining option.
Very nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, free taxi to the old center, swimmingpool was grate in the hot summer
aiconditioning was not so cool when it was 40 degrees
Great place to stay for week in marrakech. Lovely pool, a 10 minute drive to the center but there is a free shuttle service. Very helpful owner called Adam who organised some great trips for us.
That we left
Rules and regulations about everything - very unwelcoming to find cheat laminated cards all over the reception area and in your room about what you can and cannot do. Reception staff were by far the most unfriendliest and money grabbing people I have ever come across and not just in Morrocco. Simple requests were always meet with a huff and request for money for a tip. The location is terrible located in a suburb behind a cinema with nothing apart from a modern shopping mall near by. You would be much better staying closer to the centre. Pool area was covered in cat droppings and was very unpleasant.
Location, staff, size
nothing to dislike
Staff always kind and willing to help you. Really good options offered to eat at hotel for lunch. Nice breakfast.
Located by a mall with restaurants and a supermarket so you don't have to venture into the medina! Great pool and spotless rooms.
You gave your key in when you left the riad ie to go to the shops or out for the evening. Not all the reception staff know you do could give your key out to somebody else! Also the drinks sold are 5-6 times the price in the supermarket! Bottle of coke 5dh50 in supermarket and 25dh in the riad! And you are asked not to drink your own drinks at the pool but expected to pay these inflated prices!
