Algilà Fès

Stayed at Algila Fez on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Manager and all staff were very attentive and helpful...nothing too much bother. Newly renovated courtyard homes comprise the property.. Very spacious with sitting areas everywhere. Breakfast excellent. Lovely plate of dried fruit and water in the room. Is the true Riad experience. Once orientated to the Fez Medina, it is well located not far off the lower thoroughfare. Staff will collect you if you become disorientated the first night so take the property card with you. Really recommend you email ahead and arrange a collection from a taxi drop area or similar.

Beautiful, clean, great location and staff. Newly renovated with all the old-medina decoration, but was airy, clean and modern - no bad plumbing or funny smells here! Room was beautiful with intricate wood roof carving, heating/cooling (must!) and the largest and most comfortable bed with clean crisp linen for the best few nights sleep in Morocco. Bottled water supplied, fridge, plenty of towels and the room and bathroom immaculate. The manager and staff are excellent - friendly and helpful but not in your face about it. No problems being a bit late out of the room at checkout. Breakfast eggs made to order. Call ahead and staff will meet you in the Batha entrance, help you find the parking (20 dirham for undercover guarded parking), and walk you to the Riad to help you find the way. I highly recommend the location of this riad - once you learn to place yourself in the Fez medina you realise it is so well located. It is in a quieter area so one can escape the bustle and hassle, but with easy access (i.e you can walk a straight line without having to walk a maze of streets) to both the Batha entrance and to the main shopping street of Rue Talaa Seghira. I will be back the next trip!

Un vero riad appena ristrutturato con gran gusto mantenendo lo charme e le caratteristiche tipiche delle vecchie strutture marocchine. Servizi eccellenti e ottima cucina. Straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Lindo Riad, antigo reformada recentemente,tudo novinho, fomos os terceiros hospedes que ficaram no quarto, que por sinal nos brindaram com uma suite embora tivessemos reservado um quarto standard, funcionarios super atenciosos, otima localizaçao na Medina

Wifi nao estava funcionando durante toda a estadia (3 dias)

Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo, e al prezzo della camera standard mi hanno dato la suite gratuitamente. Consigliatissimo

El riad es realmente bonito,y el personal encantador, especialmente Rochdi, que es realmente atento,y aunque no es cocinero, cocina de muerte!!!!Muchas gracias Rochdi y un abrazo desde Sevilla

Algilà Fes è davvero un Riad molto particolare, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero speciale (room Alia). La particolarità è che sono tre dar attaccati l’un l’altro per cui si possono prenotare i dar indipendentemente se uno volesse, oppure una stanza se viaggia in coppia. La location è perfetta, nel cuore della Medina a pochi passi dalle sue strade più importanti, ma anche in una zona vicina ai parcheggi auto. Il Riad è stato appena inaugurato, rinnovato rispettando lo stile tipico del luogo con gusto e charme, senza rinunciare al comfort europeo. Pulizia e cura ed attenzione da parte del personale dell'hotel sono al top, la sera rifanno la camera e la mettono “a notte”. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo lo rendono sicuramente la scelta migliore si possa fare per una vacanza a Fes. Una sera abbiamo cenato nel riad, abbondantissima la scelta degli antipasti! Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare da voi, grazie!
