Rooms rather crowded with beds

-There's only wifi at the reception. -They change the towels every day. It's better for the environment to ask travelers to put the towels in the bathtub if they want them changed.
-It has the perfect location right near the central square, which isn't all that noisy at night. -It has a rooftop terrace with a great view. -At the desk they can arrange tours to the mountains.

Could perhaps do with a satellite TV with world news channels.
I found the staff friendly and helpful. Was visiting in January so nights were cold but plenty of blankets provided. Beds comfortable and rooms clean and basic. Breakfast was adequate and if you want the real Morocco stay here. Suits groups of travellers as well as holiday visitors.

There is noise from the Square & the hotel appears to be used as an overspill mosque. However. It adds to the atmosphere & the drum beats lull you to sleep.
Situated by the Square & on the airport side of the Medina the location could not be bettered. Busy hotel with reputedly the best exchange rates. It also acts as a bit of a transport hub & is ideal if you are moving on & need transport advice. The staff are friendly & very helpful.

Staff was very helpful especially the girl who works in the evening. Rooms are basic but we need them just to sleep over night, perfect location, nice terrace, clean enough.. Don't expect 5* but it's perfect for the money you pay! For travelers, not the spoiled tourists.. This is Morocco!

There was no air condition. I was travelling with my DD and parents. The first night we could not sleep so we pulled the duvet on to the balcony to sleep in nature AC. It got cold in the middle of the night so we came back in. No lift, the breakfast is basic.
The location is the solo reason I booked this place. It is right on the Square and close to the main road. We booked 2 rooms and they were on the second floor. No lift and there are a total of 47 stairs to reach our door. We were pleased to see our rooms as they looked like they have been recently renovated, though the works carried out in the bathroom is terrible. They have nice toilet suite but the person did not install things properly - its such a let down. It can be quite chaotic once you get to the hotel as the reception is a walk through but it's not so bad once you get used to it. This hotel is best suited for backpackers rather than a family. The staff are very nice and friendly specially the old man selling drinks and icecream. There is no fridge, tv or a telephone in the rooms.

Due to its central location, there was a terrible amount of noise from outside the hotel, and the room doors tended to be very loud when people left or entered their rooms. I would certainly recommend a pair of very good earplugs.
Easy to access by taxi, and also very close to the medina. Checking in was easy, and the receptionist spoke a number of languages. I had a nicely renovated room with a large terrace that overlooked the gardens. The room was clean and fairly spacious, in spite of having three single beds in it, and the bathroom was large, warm, and well-lit, with plenty of toilet-paper and a hair-dryer. The beds were comfortable, with a sheet and duvet.
