Large bathroom. Good breakfast. Cheap and perhaps suitable for the very low budget traveller, but you can find a much nicer Riad for not too much more.
Bedroom too small with no wardrobe (as promised on website) or other furniture at all. Only one strip light. More like a prison cell! Noise from main sitting area kept us awake. No towels (this not mentioned in the website) or cotton pillow cases as shown in websirte photo. Small rooftop terrace accessible only via a vertical ladder with no rail.
Friendly personnel, it's in good position.
Hard to find a riad, but once you know where it is - it's easy. A bit dark in the room, still not enougth electricity ports (should be 3-4, and there was 2 with the extention :) :).
Professional and friendly service
The problem with sewage system
smell from the toilet, no door separating the room and the loo, basic breakfast, hard to find, close to the main square but this side of the square is dirty
Well located near main square, however not easy to find. Clean and good Wifi.
Completely wrong location on booking com map, different around 800m.
- Great friendly stuff - Central location - Preis - WI FI - Breakfast - Kitchen for visitors - Relatively modern bath room - Place for 2 bicycles
-It's quite impossible to find the riad by yourself GPS-coordinates of the hotel: N31.62586 W7.98478 - In the evening it's very noisy around the riad and you can get asleep only after 1 p.m.
Hotel is little bit difficult to find, don't let the "guides" to show you the way, it's expensive! But the place is great, just few minutes from important places. We had a room with own bathtoom and it was good. What is really amazing is the breakfast! Morrocan tea, coffee, pastry, marmelade..good and traditional. Staff is very helpfull, even despite the fact that only one guy speaks english, they understand what you want :)
Booking.com shows the riad in the wrong position of the map!!! It is not in the Mellah but east of Jamma El Fna, just take Derb Debbachi from Jamma El Fna and turn right on Derb Jamaa, in the same street as Riad Abracadabra.
The host was extremely helpful and even collected us from the main square.
Bedding and furnishings could do with upgrading. Clean but tired looking
Very friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi connection. The traditional breakfast is OK. Nice rooftop terrace.
It was hard to find the riad even though it is just a few minutes walk from the Place Jemaa el Fna. Google maps shows WRONG location!
The people were very nice and friendly always willing to help and assist you. The lady that was preparing the breakfast was amazing person , we had a language barrier I am not speaking french or Arabic but that was not a problem she made all efforst to make me feel nice. Compared to its price is a very nice place to stay , nothing luxurious but clean and comfort and this is something really important after a whole day sightseeing
It is not a problem of the hotel , but i found it really hard to find the riad , it is inside the medina and until you go there many people will stop you and try to ask you for money etc, but i am sure if you arrive by night and you contact people that work there will come and pick you up , they were extremely helpful and nice
Quaint atmosphere. Price is reasonable and includes a good breakfast. Close to the market.
It was hard to find the place.
the riad is a very quiet and peacefull place where you can chill out on the terasse and look at the stars after a noisy day in marrakesh.. the stuff is extremly friendly, if you have any questions or problems they will help you with absolutly evrything, so don't hesitate to aks them. the street in with is located the riad is NOT dangerous! we were two young women travelling alone and we always walked there in the night without any problems..
the departure ;)
The staff is really friendly, they try to help you as much as they can from the beginning. The breakfast is really yummy and the location of the Riad, although hard to find it at first, is very central
Not many things I disliked about the riad, although if I had to say one it was the smell from the pipes, although the fan helped to do away with it.
