Anezi Hotel benefits with great city centre location, however in the evening is required to take a taxi as a quick access gate is closing, which I wasn't aware. Great swimming pool facilities and very pleasent team looking after the pool. Especially 'pool cleaning team' very welcoming in the morning. Houskeeping lady looking after my room, she was lovely and spoke better English than some of the Reception Team. Always nice and polite. Prior to arrival hotel assisted with the taxi booking and on departure duty manager was very helpful in helping us with the flight issues etc. Overall, team balanced a few issues and dissapointments which I mentioned below and I left hotel satisfied.

I have been advised breakfast is served until 10.00am, on 2 occassions breakfast room was closed by 9.30am with no explanation, I complained once and received breakfast served in the room - bread with jam and 1 cup of coffee. In the lunch bar by the pool my boyfriend ordered tomato & mozarella salad, they served tomato & cheese salad as mozarella finished, when advised the team they said is good alternative and cost wasn't deducted. It's approximately 3.00 eur however I feel it's better to communicate with the customer that you run out of something than serve normal cheese instead of mozarella. Lights on the 10th floor, were not working at night, therefore I had to walk in darkness. If you travelling as a single lady, this would be very intimidating and myslef I haven't felt safe, not mentioning that I walked into closed door twice. I have complained to the reception team twice regarding lights and nothing has been done. Hotel had painting work going on, workers would start at 7.30 am just above my room, which I feel for the holiday resort it's quite early.

The hotel is good in general for the amount of money u pay and 200m from the beach i also liked the staff at the bar who is very friendly and the security guard outside is very helpful.

The hotel is a bit old with old material.

The rooms was clean and comfy and good breakfast .. Close to the beach around 7 mnts walking .. I liked the view of the balcony too.

ndigne d'avoir 4 étoiles. En dehors des chambres supérieures, les autres chambre sont vieillotes, mal décorées, le minibar vide, le tèlèphone et le wifi qui ne marchent pas !

Ik vond de ligging goed, lag in het centrum. Maar er was geen wifi op de kamers alleen bij de receptie. Dat was wel vervelend. Ook de telefoon op de kamer deed het niet we hadden dit gemeld maar hebben er niks mee gedaan. Kamer werden wel redelijk opgeruimd. Ontbijt was ook gewoon. Niet veel keuze. Voor de rest was alles ok. Personeel was vriendelijk.

J ai aimé le restaurant, le confort de la reception,les chambres et le rapport qualité-prix ainsi que le travail des femmes de ménage

J'ai détesté le comportement de certains membres du personnel: sécurité de nuit (tres indecent), certains serveurs au restaurant

J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel ....de plus en plus gentil , il est vrai !, quand on commençait à donner de petits pourboires ..femme de chambre (20 dirhams ) et serveurs restaurant ... C'est humain et pour moi bien normal .

Je n'ai franchement pas aime la restauration , que ce soit petit déjeuner et dîner . Viennoiseries pas fraîches , pas de salade de fruit , ou fruits frais le matin , pas de fromages dignes de ce nom , vétuste de l'installation y compris du distributeur très très archaïque de boissons . ( d'ailleurs devant une telle vétusté ! Je m'en suis toujours passe) , pas de plaquettes de beurre ( signe de propreté et de modernité ) mais comme il y a 50 ans en France , petits morceaux de beurre nageant dans un récitent à glaçons !... Bref manque d'un peu de standing du buffet présente , vraiment trop trop défraîchi , sans classe . Même chose pour le dîner , toujours la même chose : non , vraiment non ! La restauration à très grandement besoin d'être améliorée . sérieusement .....!
