While they keep on working on their infrastructure I believe they should invest in wind screens. The swimming pools can be cold during the early months of the year. Breakfast is average. Given the fact there are plenty of top places around La Fontaine (5min walk), this is certainly not an issue.
Anezi really put some steps forward. All personell is easy going and there when you need them. Yassine the guy responsible for assisting booking.com guests was extremely helpfull. Even though I know Agadir quite well, Yassine was still able to surprise me with new addresses for eatng and entertainment.
Restaurant's windows were not clean. Dinner was focusing only on two types of meat - cheap ones- chicken and fish. NO VEAL OR BEEF. Meals were indicated only in French not in English. Choice looked not so wide than before. For breakfast no freshly fried CREPE /pancake/ as before. Freshly fried eggs were made in a pan of one-thousand year old very scrached one with to much oil. Not only the place of the bakery products should be various... Restaurant needs more attantion by the management...
Was many times here before as business traveller. Internet is fast and realiable. Staff is pollite and kind.
shower need maintenance you can easy hear noise through door and from next rooms
Our room was abit cold plus shower kept going hot & cold. Would have been nice 2 have kettle in room.
Location & staff very gud
-the hotel guy knocking on the door with fruits and cake started to get annoying because obviously we did not want these things and still had to tip.
-we got a room on the 10th floor which is what we previously asked for, amazing views of the beach+mountain -it was my birthday and the manager order for "Happy Birthday" to be written on my bed in french! so cute! -the towels were all folded into cute little animals -i know this is quite irrelevant but the tv had a really good channel that just played films all day and night! -the pools outside are so good, shame it was too cold to go in them -the patio by the pools is also very nice with lots of sofas, bar and nice decoration -the breakfast was nice, just a standard moroccan breakfast -staff were all very attentive -very close to the beach, you just practically go down some steps and you're there
Runned down Hotel
No minibar/fridge. Old bathroom, no shower caps, body lotions etc. Floats at night from ceiling. Nobody apologies for this. No taxi service. Safe box out of order.
Good location, nice pool area, comfortable beds. Kind staff.
Swimming pool is too cold - could be heated with solar energy
Location facilities Swimming Pool bar area staff
Helpful staff , good location
- Pool was cold in December = no swimming - Cold floors tricky with a baby - Not always warm water - No fridge - Location is difficult with a trolley
- Nice clean rooms and good beds - Excellent staff always available - Excellent Sea view - very comfortable pool area for relaxing
Breakfast is always the same and claimed free wi-if never worked in the room ...people were just sitting in the lobby with their gadgets all the time ...looked like a lobby Internet cafe kind of thing ...safe in the room wasn't working and it looked like it never meant to work ...needs refurbishing
Everything was ok ..room ,friendly stuff and things like that ...just nothing you would call your friends to tell about but on average was quite ok
Staff super lazy, when we arrived they guy at the reception didn't even looked at us, just hand over a forum to fill as he was busy watching the football match on tv. When cleaners forgot to leave the run in the bathroom, they tried to convinced us that it wasn't include in the room, just because they didn't want to call the cleaners to get it into our room. In general the hotel is 60s style, not well maintained. Spend your money somewhere else
The quality of the pool and the proximity to the beachfront.
I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel, I would certainly go back again. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed in Agadir on a number of occasions but that was the best.
I could not fault this hotel, it even had its own area of beach on which the sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary, a real bonus. A marvelous selection of food for breakfast, also I had dinner in the restaurant upstairs a few nights and the food was excellent.
The room without the balcony
The management of the hotel was wonderful and pleasant to deal with, especially the manager of the booking.com who is always ready to assist and support on all the issues. The SPA and Zahra is best of the best indeed.Zahra is the most plesant and professional persons of all.
Breakfast and dinner were not at as good as expected. Limited selections, tables not very clean at pick hours. Although rooms have been renovated, common areas need some work to update the structure and provide a more modern environment. There is a lot of space that could be improved to offer a new spa and a nicer lobby.
Room was spacious, great view of Agadir and the beach, reception and concierge staff always very nice and available (helpful, proactive, smiling, kind). Very nice swimming pools and outdoor facilities with an extremely kind employee.
A better breakfeast could be served
Not bad.. The bed is ok, the view is wonderful. And of course şampion Fenerbahçe
Very bad hotel The staff need a lot of training to welcome guests , very negative , not helpful at all . The mentality of saying no to everything . No towels, no extra key , no extra bed . Very different from the rest of the world ! It is a shame for morocco that hotels are still like that .it should be rated no star hotel at all .
We ate in the hotel resteraunt on the 1st night but we were disappointed, food was cold and it cost £15 each. There are many resteraunts in agaidr that would cost half this price and are more enjoyable. The pool was also very cold.
Very welcoming staff, including the guys that take your luggage, the guys at the front desk and the house keepers (especially Fatima!). We had the best view over the beach and mountains from the top floor, it wasn't a noisey hotel and there was security at the door 24/7. I would stay here again and recommend it to others, beautiful and spacious room with a balcony and the view deffinately made it for us!
Personel responsible for activities, the activities were really depressing, music next to the pool was the same every day, and when the guy was saying 'time for water polo' we thaught we would kill him. Staff in the pool bar Prices in the restaurant
The room and the view were great. The swimming pools were OK, it was nice to stay on the sun and sunbathe.
The weather in Agadir for the 10 days we were there was cloudy and overcast, lots of people did say this is the norm for August which was surprising.
Wifi poor in the appartment side
The stairs to and from the beach was annoying. The concierge were too stressed out and the way they speak were a little rude. Whatever you do dont do anything with a guy called FOUAD. He is a rip off and is always at the beach near McDonald's. People in Morocco try rip u off wherever you go. Wifi at anezi was poor. The drinks at the bar are too expensive. The smell of hotel when you come out the room is really bad and the bathtubs and shower curtains are dirty.
We had a good time at anezi, the beach was close by and the marina was 20 mins walk. The staff were ok but the hotel is very busy so they need more staff on reception.
The music at the pool was very very loud, repeitive and annoying. The pool area itself is nice. With new sun loungers etc
I was staying for business and for this my needs were perfectly catered for. Wifi is good once you have a signal.
No irons in rooms and not available on request- have to pay for this service. Breakfast is plentiful, but no fruit available. Wide selection of tasty, but 'unhealthy' options. Was looking forward to using the gym but this was an absolute joke and nothing like the picture online. Had one worn- out treadmill, two bikes and a cross trainer. All old and rickety, did not use. The maids did a good job tidying my room, but as well as taking the 20dh tip I left for them on the bed they also stole 100dh that I hid on my table under some clothes. Be careful, and put valuables in the safe provided. Limited opening hours of shop on site and sauna (closed between 12-4pm most days). Annoying when you want to buy water or small items as you have to leave hotel and walk towards the beach
Modern hotel rooms- as they were on the website. Good view. Waking distance to the beach. Nice pool and outdoor area- good for lounging. Good poolside activities if you like that sort of thing (pool exercise and dancing competitions). Free towels. Needed to cancel last day due to a member of the party being sick- for two days we were put off by reception staff who kept saying they had no control and we needed to speak to someone else, but when we finally did (the sales manager), she was lovely and had no problem doing this.
