Good central location in medina, traditional design and quiet and peaceful. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast. No pool in the actual building although we could have used pools in nearby riads of same hotel - however it was not clear from the website which building we would be staying in and which rooms the photographs were representing. |

The hotel was in a good location, just a short walk to the main action. Service was very good and the staff were always helpful. The spa treatments were very nice. Found the hot water system very inadequate and the water pressure. If you have a room on the ground floor next to the dining area, it can be quite noisy and hard to get to sleep if people are sitting around chatting. |

A short distance from all the key landmarks in Marrakech. The Riad provided a taste of Moroccan living and cuisine. The staff make every effort to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and are welcoming and courteous. |

The staff were charming, helpful and helped us see memorable bits of this region of Morocco. The Moroccan food was excellent, but not sure the Thai was very authentic. There was no hot water for two days in our room, some of the fixtures need repair |

The staff, Perfect. The Spa, marvellous. Looking booking pictures it seems that the riad has a nice swimming pool. It has a small pond of 2x2 meters in the hall. No sun at all. The pictures of the swimming pool are fake. There are a collage of other riads of the same company. This is not fair and it should be changed. The street of the ryad is under construction. They are fixing the sewer. Horrible smell and dangerous to walk around. Danger of falling or be injured. |

If you want to stay in the medina of Marrakech, this riad offers top service in a beautiful house/palace decorated with taste in pure maroccan style. A 5 star riad we had for the price of a 3 star... |

First of all - just save your money and nervs and DON`T GO TO ANGSANA! Me and my husband liked only morroccan style of the internal part of the hotel (if don`t take in account a fact that almost everything was dirty, some furniture was broken and so on) Me and my husband were completely disappointed with Angsana Riads Collection. It`s obviosly no 5 star at all!!! They have nothing common with the famous luxury hotels of Banyan Tree in Asia and in the Maldives. 1. The worst thing is service - the staff is not friendly and helpful. If you want to talk with a manager - it`s impossible to do - BECAUSE THE MANAGER-IN-CHIEF REFUSES TO TAKL TO YOU!!!!!! The manager was running away from us. 2. The Angsana Riads often stay without electricity at all! So you can`t turn on the air conditioner and die from heat. You can`t dry your hair and so on. 3. Angsana also has a problem with water. Several times during our stay there were no water in he bathroom/shower. 4. The bathroom sink leaks. |

The hotel staff at Bab Firdaus was outstanding. The professionalism and warmth was exceptional and this to me was the most important part of our stay at the hotel. I intend to go back soon and I hope that they will be there. |

Very well situated, nice breakfast (it was included in room's price when I was there), clean swimingpool (although very small). The air-condicioning of the room was perfect and absolutly silent. The hotel staff were very nice. Although inside the medina, it is a very quite, peaceful and pleasant place to stay. The free airport pick up, included in room's price was also very nice There was a problem with the room's key (wrong key) and we had to wait more than half an hour before being able to enter in the room late in the evening. No compensation for the inconvenience was offered. |

Went to know all the Marrakech important points and enjoyed the lovely moroccan food Everything was very nice but I thing is a little expensive, also the excursions are really expensive if you hire them with the hotel and usually they include just the drive and nothing else wich saids in the book. Better to make tours with and agency autside the hotel. |

The style of the construction and decoration of the Riad and the proximity to the center of activities in the city. The security was also very appreciable The lack of recommendation regarding the excursion out of the city. Only one choice because of the exclusivity with one tour organizator. |

the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel building was beautiful and tranquil. the massage was lovely - pricy though! the location was quite easy to get to despite being in a small tortous street in the medina service was slow and we paid 740 dirhams ( 60 pounds) for a mediocre meal for 2. this was 2 plates of meat with no veg or sides, 1 pancake and ice cream, a bottle of (cheap) mineral water and 2 cocktails at 10 pounds each. We ate in other establishments in a similar setting for half this price. The jaccuzi was cold when we booked our spa and the spa smelled of drains. |

Tremendously disappointed about this hotel. At all levels it does not match the five start quality. Rooms was small and there was damp. I complained to the hotel director who did not listen and they just came with some lemon essential oils to cover the smell. The hamman is exclusively for people booking for a massage and can only be ised by one person at a time. |

The hotel was very luxurious - much more than I am used to! The bed and sheets were lovely, the hotel bathroom was really unusual and special, there was a spa in the hotel which I really enjoyed using. The hotel is very small, like most Riads, so all the staff there knew my name and made me feel very welcome. |

Good location; very nice cooperative and helpful staff, good breakfast, free wifi, free room upgrade, very nice room. If any, that two days we had to go to other (very near) hotels of the group to have breakfast. |

Breakfast was ridiculously expensive - prices not given on website. Showerhead not fixed so unable to shower properly. Plug in sink stuck so could not fill basin to wash. Only Thai menu for Dinner although we were offered to dine at a nearby Riad. Spring rolls were horrible! |
