Staff were all fantastic. Every one of them. Genuinely personable, fun and charming - not in the fake way that's not uncommon in the tourism industry.
Interior design Spacious suite Shower quality
Everything. Fátima, the reception girl and all the staff were charming and helpful. I can't remember the name of bell but we're fantastic. We were in honeymoon and the created for us the best atmosphere. The room espectacular.
My family loved every thing about this place, the service was amazing

Quality of sleep
The service, the staff ,every one is so nice, I loved the room, the spa
GREAT DECOR BESIDES YOUR TYPICAL HOTEL INTERIOR. LOCATION WAS AWSOME . STAFF VERY HELPFULL .
only : toilet paper rolls are small. lol
Some of my frends told me that this hotel has a bad reputation, but I found that it is not tru !!!
Great service, unique decor and a hearty breakfast makes this a fantastic way to start a Moroccan adventure. Mini bar prices a bit steep but hey......
Overall a nice, clean hotel. 25 rooms with movie thematic, each dedicated to a different actor. Quite cozy and quiet on the upper floors.
When making the booking, the money were taken from my account, which is not a problem at all, just that, when I arrived at the hotel (it was 1 pm, so middle of the day), the receptionist said I should put my card again in the POS. That was because "she did not receive yet the list with the payment confirmations for that day". And she promised that the transaction will remain "pending" in my account and then she will cancel it. The second day they did the "cancellation", but my transaction is still "pending" after 3 days. I do not think it is fair for them to block my money in this way. A much more elegant approach would have been to first receive that "confirmation" they were waiting for, and only then, if proven I did not pay, to make me pay on departure. Very bad impression! On top of that, I was offered "room upgrade" to the first floor, only to hide that the first floor is noisy, and nobody wants to stay there... Luckily I did not take it...
- decoration - staff - food - neighborhood
- poor wifi - room refrigerator didn't work during all our stay, although we asked to be repaired several times
1- the position.
Location and breakfast. That is all
The hotel is old and the rooms are really dated. We were given the option of viewing several rooms before making a choice. Every room we viewed had a weird smell almost like dust combined with dampness. The staff in the spa (all women) were incredibly rude and had appalling customer service. I will never spend my money here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
location and facilities were impeccable! and breakfast/restaurant were good too.
the spa for massages are not that great, it's more of a rub down than a message.
The staff & room service, our first dinner in Morocco was very good served in our room by a smiling professional.
internet/wifi went out in the afternoon. That was annoying. But it could not be helped and the staff was most apologetic. We loved the hotel staff. The manager, Samira, was charming.
I have stayed here 8-10 times. To my delight, they upgraded the rooms added amazing balconies, renovated the decor in the rooms, they keep it up. This is always where I go to and am so happy to see they are keeping it up! Never forget the free underground pool with waterfalls.
Very welcoming staff in general, spa, rooms, decor, design, almost everything but whats in red.
The variety of breakfast menu, that meat pie was amazing though; Pool, location is more for a night club, unreasonable price, some of the staff are egotistic\grumpy (he couldn't take criticism of their hotel).
dising is very good the set up nice handling very good food is excellent
I am ware about keeping up the hotel is look 4 yours old need more work to keep it up ,I see some stein in the carpet need more deep cleaning .
Room was great, staff most helpful, nice breakfast buffet
Staff came very quickly to convert the "lounge" into a bedroom for our daughters, however once the bed was in place there was not really enough room for all the furniture. Pool small and somewhat uninviting. Hotel difficult to find as even after we got to the correct location (no mean feat in Casablanca traffic/lack of signposts and street names), it as lucky my daughter spotted the hotel tucked down a side street. Finally this was the only hotel that I have ever been to which on check-out asks guests to wait at reception whilts the minibar is checked.
the themed décor and the comfortable bed
Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent, room service and mini bar were very expensive
Big and comfprtable room, good position.
Concierge not helpful; we asked that he reserved a restaurant and he said we could go without reservation, which turned out not to be the case, also because all moroccan cuisine restaurants on that particular night were engaged in special events for young people. A simple call would have avoided the subsequent hassle.
Rooms Breakfast Parking service
If you reserve with no refundable rate, You will know: The hotel reserve you with no refoundable rate and you can't cancel your room ,they take a penal of total rate. But they take the total import at check out, cash or with your credit card (they say you that is only for extras )but to be care, in my case they have taken the total + 5% of commision of credit card and not for extras. Wifi doesn't work, just in the hall. I should call police, but they give me back the tax and credit card commission, so we continued our holiday. No 5 stars hotel.
Restaurant and spa staff were really nice.
Really bad wifi connectivity and poor housekeeping response time
