Art Suites El Jadida  

The archetecture and grounds were very nice. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast--if included in the room price--was very good.

They are lacking in their amenities--no air conditioning. We asked twice to have it fixed to no avail. Many of the other rooms had the same problem which forced people to keep their balcony doors open at night for cooling the room which led to some rooms having mosquitos. No clothing iron in the room. Although they provided one on the first day of our visit, when we asked for it a couple days later, they said that they couldn't locate it--quite an inconvenience as we were attending a conference.

It's a beautiful hotel. Rachid tried very hard to make our stay very comfortable.

Not really value for money. Breakfast too basic for that price.

staff insistent o assolutamente non interessato ai clienti, struttura a parte l`ingresso da rimodernare. In particolare il front desk e` assolutamente incompetente.

l'entree de la grande porte jusqu'a la porte d'acces a l'hotel, et le petit-dejeuner a la terrace.

la qualite des serviettes, les fourmies dans la suite vizir, le manque de salle de bain, la qualite tres insuffisante du service du personnel lors du petit-dejeuner.

Quarto e sala. O ar- condicionada estava na sala.

Personale molto cortese, buon ristorante per pasti e colazione, albergo con personalità e charme tipicamente marocchini nelle parti comuni e nelle camere, a differenza di altri in El Jadida che sono anonimi e internazionali (ancorché più vicini al mare, mentre la location dell'Art Suites nel centro della città non è particolarmente suggestiva). Fresco e gradevole giardino per relax o aperitivo.

Nonostante gli sforzi del cortese personale, aria condizionata dal funzionamento decisamente insufficiente.

Le design, le sourir du personnel, le nettoyage

- Situation géographique catastrophique très sale - pas de parking à l'intérieur de l'hôtel , il faut garer la voiture à l'exterieur sur une petite ruelle très solliciter " stress" - odeur des ègouts dèsagrèable à la salle de bain il faut toujours boucher l'èvacuateur de la douche et aspirateur de la salle de bain non fonctionnel - petit déjeuner mèdiocre et aliments mal conservès avec un service au restaurant très moyen - non application de la rèduction des 25% pour les touristes marocains

Hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en attent

Ik vond het ronduit schandalig dat ik erachter moest komen dat het beddengoed niet was verschoond, toen ik wilde gaan slapen. Echt waardeloos. Dit mag echt niet gebeuren in n hotel. Vervolgens moest ik zowat smeken om n oplossing en kreeg ik uiteindelijk een andere kamer toegewezen.

تصميم الفندق جميل وكذلك طاقم الفندق لطيف جدا ومتعاونون وأخص بالذكر الأخ رشيد لكن يعيب على الفندق دورة المياه ليس هناك شطاف عند الكرسي الإفرنجي للمسلمين وكذلك مغسلة الحمام ضيقة جدا كما أن دش الاستحمام غير عملي وفتحة التصريف في أرضية الحمام لا تعمل فتتجمع المياه بعد الاستحمام

la gentillesse du personnel

les alentours de l’hôtel, l'absence de parking, l'absence d'air conditionné, salle de bain très petite et pas pratique, le jardin très mal exploité.

Son architecture, le goût raffiné Des améliorations par rapport à un précédent séjour (connexion internet plus fiable)

Un problème qui, d'après la réception, tient au fait que vous n'avez pas pris en compte leurs nouvelles coordonnées électroniques, si bien que ma réservation ne leur était pas parvenue. Par chance, ils avaient des disponibilités.

The park around the hotel and its location

Many things No air conditioning on the first two floors! The key card to open the door of my room had to be reactivated several times per day (not only me but also other people) No service at breakfast: staff not present, no spoon, no fork, no napkin, ... no smile when I found someone to ask what I needed Reception: one lady was often talking on the phone (private matters) and I was waiting until she had finished to get what I wanted Bar: vacuum-cleaner in the middle of the room and cleaner invisible Price is exaggerated in comparison of the 5-star hotel I booked in Casablanca

اظنه الفندق الوحيد في البلده لا يوجد بديل حسب علمي الذي تستطيع السكن فيه الطاقم ودود السعر اعلى من الخدمات المقدمه
