Nice welcome. Huge hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Very large swimming-pool. Casino, restaurants, live music, night club. Wireless internet. |

We were treated like a king and a queen. The staff were amazing The room was a little outdated, but that did not take from our enjoyment. |

Fast alles...super casino Eine ganz wichtige Sache: Wir haben bewusst das teuerste Hotel gebucht um sicher zu gehen, dass alles stimmt. Es war auch alles super ausser der Pool: Der war wegen Umbauarbeiten nicht benutzbar/geschlossen. So war das nicht vereinbart (siehe Fotos!). Man hätte uns darüber zumindest informieren müssen oder einen Preisnachlass gewähren müssen. |

l'architecture générale de l'hotel et surtout la très grande piscine ! la propreté irréprochable de l'ensemble. le service internet qui ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. il fallait se rendre dans le coeur de l'hotel pour l'accès Wifi! par ailleurs, la déco est un peu datée.... je préfère celle du Sofitel que je suis allé voir!! Enfin, le carrelage du bord de la piscine est très glissant!!! |

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, les prestations, le décor, les facilités proposées. Tout est fait pour vous faire passer une agréable séjour. Un léger Bémol : Pensez à mettre la pancarte sur la porte de la chambre si vous ne voulez pas etre déranger.Et beaucoup de travaux à l'extérieur de l'hotel ( un peu bruyant) |
