calm, location, view, cleanliness
poor breakfast, wifi,
I have stayed at the hotel before on several occasions due to location. Quiet and relaxing location.
Unfortunately as the staff knew I am a regular stayer I feel they took me for granted. I requested a cot at the room and was happy to pay any applicable fee. Despite several reminders at the reception desk and their promise that it was on its way, they did not provide a cot. I was provided with a room which was tacky and in disrepair. The toilet/washroom door did not close properly and I found it embarrasing to raise this. I had intention to stay at the hotel again later in the trip but due to my experience i decided stay elsewhere.
Very old hotel
Great renovated rooms
Breakfast buffet was not very good
Food would be acceptable if the prices weren't set as if food was of a higher quality. Evening meal in restaurant overcooked and dried up. Service sub-standard. Pizzeria food good but service poor In general staff seem untrained and uninterested in guests comfort.. Large tour groups with local "guides" seem to dominate and command all the services while the independent traveller just has to wait (almost 30 mins wait to check in while ignored because a "guide" was dealing with his bus full of clients) No porters available just left to find own room. Have stayed here twice before and been pleased but wont be staying again
Gardens and pool
Poor service Always shortage of food and utensils at breakfast No drinking water provided in room Internet very unreliable
Good clean rooms and common areas, nice garden and terrace restuarants
Breakfast was very disappointing. Only one fruit juice, one cereal etc - very poor selection of a very limited offering - buffet constantly in need of restocking.
The hotel is situated not far from the airport, in a new and safe district. The staff is friendly. There is a nice bar by the pool.
Wi-Fi doesn't work well: though the signal is available, the router seems to be often overloaded. The breakfast is very poor by the quality of food (coffee-based drinks like espresso or cappuccino are not included and are extra-charged).Although I'd booked a room with a twin bed, I found two small beds in my room. The same for my colleagues who lived in this hotel. Note, that even if you order your taxi directly at the hotel, the tariffs are always symbolic, you should always discuss it with the driver.
check in took 20mint and for the safe box we have to pay 20MAD
The pool during the day and night.
The rooms were NOT clean. Breakfast was a mess, you had to fight for your food. Staff might try to push the hotels restaurant on you and say there is nothing around, not true. Plenty of restaurants next to the hotel and way cheaper. Not a major issue for me but they advertise free wifi but it never worked.
Pool and gardens were nice
I travelled with a party of 6, which included mother and my elderly grandmother. We arrived at the hotel pretty tired after a long journey but had to wait for our rooms for 30mins. Which was not a problem. When we finally had access to the rooms they had not been cleaned and reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. We reported the problem to reception, who finally changed our rooms. My sister and nieces room started to flood after they had a shower... so we had to change their room again, only for the air conditioning to leak constantly during the night. We came back to reception to a irate reception staff for changing faulty rooms. By this time (after 5 hours from when wr arrived) we made do of what we had. NEVER will I stay at this hotel again!
Very nice pool and garden, staff was nice and very helpful, we had a wonderful time
conveniently located close to rail station & some parks
Lack of service, wifi, restaurant, staff attention
close to the city centre and spacious environment
nothing worked, aircon did not work at all. my room room was not cleaned until I left. the staff are unavailable and unfriendly.
La situation de l hotel
This hotel is far away to be a 5 star hotel. Beginn with the unfriendly reception personal to the old dirty room fourniture, to the bad service and unprofessional personal in pool, restaurant and housekeeping. We did spend 2 days with no flush in the toilet, very old blanket and dirty room. By complaining the personal was not able to provide us a new room either to cancel our reservation. Breakfast was too poor, very dirty plates and cups. This hotel did not deserve 2stars. Moreover the price is very high compare to 5 stars hotels in morocco. Never back
Youssef in reception was excellent
Rooms are clean and presentable. Every room has a balcony, which is a plus. Food is very nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Well known by all taxis. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean.
Fridge not working.. no towels orginally which had to be requested. Breakfast same not much choice and cold.
did not fulfill requests ie high room near lift for invalid--- room on 3rd floor a long way from lift looking over a roof no furniture on balcony
Very well located and a walking distance to my conference hall
I booked a king's bed and ended up sleeping, on the first, night in a twin bed bedroom
Nothing at all
Nice pool area.
Roadside room was really noisy!
A modern clean hotel reasonably close to the Centre and Airport with a wide range of facilities.
1.Inefficiency on check in. Only when you get into the room do you find that if you want to use the safe you have to go back to reception again for a code Could have been told this when checking in. 2. Had to wait nearly an hour for a pannini lunch for five people. Should have been told of staff shortage/ delays when ordering. If told would not have waited. 3. Limited choice for breakfast and only modest quality.
After staying in small local Riads it was refreshing to have some luxury and felt pampered. Not too far from the the airport, train station and old/new Marrakech. Good value for money!
It was no carpet in the room , No cattle or coffe .. The fridge was impty
