It was nice to have a bathtub. And the price was very good.

The staff were rather indifferent, even when our room had no functioning air conditioning on the hot side of the building. The restaurants offered no Moroccan food (Italian or generic international, and breakfast was almost industrial).

It was very quiet and easy to get around the city

There were no shops other then the hotel shop to get things like water, and a tiny bottle was 2 pounds there

All in general. Good relation quality-price.

Issue to do international phone calls from the room. The bill had to be reviewed and rectified because the final price did not correspond with the price agreed (exchange rate issue?).

it was clean every where

t.v was broken took them 8 nhrs to getb our room ready when we got there then gave us no towels then the toliet broke took them 3 hrs to fix it no imformation about anything anywhere on leaving the price was £100 more than booking.com had stated...

Friendly, accessible staff. Pleasant surroundings. Good menu at the poolside bar

We were disappointed with the breakfasts which were quite limited in variety. Some fruit would have been especially welcome. We arrived at 9.30am very tired and hungry but were unable to get anything to eat until midday. Being Ramadan the Brasserie next door was not serving food

More information about hotel facilities could have been available in the room. Timings for meals etc and other hotel information.
