The only think that I liked about the hotel is that it was near the beach Sincerely, I was really disappointed about this hotel concerning nearly everything: prices, facilities, room service, food, nature of guest (not freindly at all). |

The hotel was clean, elegant, and well-maintained. It also was not far from the medina at all. It would have been nice to have a heated pool. There is a lot of wind in Essaouira and even though it was June and sunny, the pool was ice cold. |

Large, open public spaces in hotel, which was not overrun with guests. Indeed, poolside was marvelously restful. Very convenient for beach. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. I was disappointed that the pool was so chilly, but children managed several swims. |

Beautiful hotel. Very nice, clean and confortable rooms. Excellent service, except at breakfast. Nice pool. Service at breakfast was not efficient. There was always something missing at the buffet ! |

Clean spacious room, good breakfast. Location on map is incorrect. This hotel is more than 2 times as far from the medina. It's located close to Riad Zhara. Airconditioning was not working (in April) although is was hot enough to use it. |

This hotel is very new and is definately 5 star. We just had a standard room, but the room and the bathroom was lovely and huge. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated but like most 5 star hotels it lacks a bit of character. The hotel is a 15 minute stroll to the old town. The staff couldn't find our booking when we arrived, so it was lucky that we had a print out. They also tried to charge us for breakfast which we didn't eat! |

very comfortable, well designed Did not get that great a night sleep - someone, apparently hotel staff, came into our room at like 3 am "by mistake." Also, as a young couple, the staff looked at us a little funny, since the hotel is mostly families. They even had the nerve to come up to us and ask us if we were actually guests. Kinda rude. |

the hotel was close to the Medina, had a lovely beach fronting it and the pool looked clean and fresh there was a sewage leak in the bathroom which was mopped up when we complained. the problem was not dealt with and we were not offered another room. at no point was there a follow up to enquire if the leak had been sorted. the smell was very bad as soon as we entered the room and water was over the bathroom floor.room service didn't answer the phone and neither did housekeeping. |

We liked the comfort of the rooms, location of the hotel directly on the beach, great breakfast and quietness. When we entered the room there were (partially) empty bottles of strong alcohol of previous guests left in and around the minibar...staff provides poor service for a 5* hotel. SPA far too expensive!! |

The hotel is nice and modern and our room had a nice sea view Yes, we had sent several emails to the hotel in relation to our complimentary airport pick up and free room upgrade and didn't receive any response. And when we arrived at the hotel they were not aware of our booking |

It was in a wonderful setting, very comfortable with friendly staff. An ideal place to relax, but close to the excitement that Essaouira has to offer. The hotel lacked charicter slightly, and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. |

I thought everything was great. I travel extensively and think this was excellent value for price and a great selection of breakfat included in price topped it off. Nothing like leaving with a full tummy. I even got an upgrade room without asking. Good work. Use my comments if you wish. |

Great hotel, lovely big room with a sea view. Really helpful staff at reception. Spa treatments were excellent, although I expected them to be a bit cheaper than home. Very relaxing stay. About a 10-15 min walk to the centre of town, but you can get a taxi for about 10 dirhams €1. |

the hotel excellent if not a bit vast - great location try and get a sea view room as worth it (we got free upgrade) the hotel lacks a bit of morroccan vibes and is on a large scale but for the money the rooms are like suites and really comfortable. the english tv choices are a bit of an issue as a prev person said- but we were there in winter i am sure in summer no tv required. the spa was expensive and i had a facial that i was not happy with posh london prices but not posh london facial! but the spa itself is absolutely beautiful...... hamman truly woderful |

Everything was perfect. Best stay in a hotel I've ever experienced! If I was going to be really picky, I would have liked a better selection of English programmes on TV. But it's not a pressing problem |
