Room was spacious with a balcony viewing the pool and in a distance the old town of Fes, Pool area was clean with sunshades and enough sun beds, pool bar was excellent, too, very attentive staff there, staff at reception were very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was a bit unorganized on our first day, but it changed the next days, so that we can say there is a great variety of offers and you can order things, too.
It was good experience, very friendly staf and clean hotel.
It was underrated in the comments I read on booking.com
The WiFi was very poor in the room but nothing else to complain about.
Poor internet service
Literie impeccable Service irreprochable Personnel aimable
The room was good and clean, I got a good nights sleep. The pool facilities were excellent. The pool food staff were lovely.
The spa was booked out. We were disappointed that we couldn't get a treatment. The buffet food was not good.
Nice clean rooms
The receptionist was unscrupulous and haughty, no record of my reservation despite it was made three days before. I had to forward my booking to the receptionist to prove. For the bill, it is a Chinese puzzle. Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel at all because of the staff.
Nice location, amazing view from the room, nice pool. Rooms are big and nice. Staff were friendly. Quick check in and check out
Size of the room was great
The room was on top of the restaurante. There was a nosie due to table arrangement in the early morning.
Wifi should be available in rooms. No one wants to talk to their family via skype in the lobby
Staff was excellent. Most particularly the concierges and front desk staff. The concierge had excellent English language skills, was unfailingly courteous and helpful--- really a consummate professional. Restaurant staff was also most accommodating and welcoming.
I was surprised not to find a health club. The pool was sensational but as the hotel advertises itself as a spa it did not occur to me that there was no hamman, work out equipment etc.
Our stay at the hotel was really amazing. The staff is very friendly. The staff at the reception bend backward to help, with a spevial thanks to Saeed and Huda. They offered many services and helped us with taxis, figuring out how to get our lost luggage grom yhr airport and put us in youch with the best guide for the Medina. Prices where reasonable too. The location of the hotel is also a plus. I was reluctant at the beginning because it's not in the old city of Fez. However their location is amazing because you don't have to be in the old city where its easy to get lost, a bit scary at night if you are a female traveller. With a small taxi you can get yo the Medina with 6-8 dirham ($1.5). I highly recommend this hotel I had the best time and best services.
Wifi doesn't work in the rooms.
Staff, location and quit
Food of the breakfast is below standrad
Tout, le staff, le service et la disponibilité
Pas assez de soleil lol
- very efficient staff - Location - Facilities
- need to add bathroom accessories like coton pads...
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Very good location. Staff at the reception is efficient.
Food at the restaurants could be better.
We likked that the room was heated well: at this time of the year Fes is very chilly.
The hotel misses some charm. Purely for business meetings. We are used to Asian hotels and the difference is shocking. No nice welcome; SPA was closed (we had chosen this hgotel because of the SPA only), Food in the restaurant was cold, traffic in front of hotel dense and therefore very loud. We would not go back. We are used of much more hospitality in Morocco.
The room was big with a very nice view over th Medina and the sweming pool. The SPA is nice.
No gymnasium.no zauna and no steam room. Only the hammam and it's part of the SPA and we have to pay for it.
