The location and the pool area

The management of the hotel is a big problem. Nothing happen when you complain and afterwards they fabricate a complete other story to make you understand that they were right and you wrong. Towels, toilette paper, pillows, extra bed are big problems. Be careful with your booking. They claim rooms are for three or five persons, but only equipped with beds for two and four! Maintenance is starting to be a problem, the once luxury apartments are slowly declining.

Location was excellent

1. I reserved a suit, but they wanted to give me a room instead. They said booking.com reserved a room, not as suite. Service was slow and sloppy. Cleanness could be much better than that. At the end they made me pay more than what I got from booking.com.

Very Good Location...

Nothing...everything was almost perfect

We arrived at 2pm and i waited to 8pm to get the keys! Bathrooms and bed sheets was dirty! Room service was very poor.

There is a room with a view,a splendid view of the coast,the beach.The location is excellent , but the hotel needs TLC,its hallways,the bathrooms.It is not a hotel,but several buildings with apartments.Not much charme and no cupboard to hang cloth in my room.Tiolet paper was missing;there was abox for kleenex,but empty.There are oversized "getto blasters"in the room,but no minibar.The buildings on the westside look towards the ocean,but ,over the weekend,there is traffic and noise below the windows,late,very late.It is a beach town,so there is joy,loud discussions,normal,sure,yet ,not relaxing,not a place to get a decent rest.Possibly it was just that night,bad luck.But----there was a view and the ladies at the reception were beautiful and kind as well.

L'éloignement de la réception à la chambre pas de petits déjeuners dans l'établis- sement pas de penderie dans la chambre fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain pas de mouchoirs dans la boite chambre au dessus d'un restaurant pas de verre à dents pas de descente de lit eclairage insuffisant

هذه الرحله الغرفه يود بها ملاحظين : ١- لا يوجد ثلاجة ٢- الخزنه مغلقه وغير مفتوحه للتستخدام

تم حجز جناح عن طريق بوكنج وتم اعطائي غرفة ستاندر عاديه جدا وافادوا بان بوكنج ارسل اليهم هذا النوع من الحجز في حين ان المرافقين معي عن طريق وكلات داخليه محلية تم اعطاؤهم جناح وبسعر اقل

الهدوء والجو ونظام الامن داخل

عدم تقديم اي خدمه التي هي من صميم عملعه الا لابد ان تدفع له بخشيش

خدمات الفندق سيئه جدا , طاقم العاملين في المنتجع جافين في المعامله و غير متعاونين مع النزلاء , يفضلون نوعية النزلاء الشباب و يقدمون لهم خدمات بإبتزاز مادي , بمعنى آخر المال مقابل الخدمه . أجنحة الفندق تحتوي على كثير من النواقص و الأعطال الهامه . لا تتوفر خدمة الإنترنت . إقامتي بعائلتي كانت سيئه جداحيث كنا 6 أشخاص بالغبن و طفل واحد . من المستحيل أن أعاود الإقامة في هذا المنتجع .

Très bien situé dans un quartier chic et relativement calme, appartement très spacieux, possibilité de parking le long de la rue.

Appartement loué pour 5 personnes, mais pas de draps dans un des lits et serviettes de bains que nous avons demandé en nombre insuffisant pour 4 personnes. Petit problème avec le montant à régler le jour du départ, une différence avec le montant de booking.com

De ligging van de gebouwen is fantastisch. Uitzicht op de haven en op het strand zoals je niet vaak ziet.

Het complex wordt slecht onderhouden; veel achterstallig onderhoud.

pb accès direct plage propreté du sol de la chambre:impossible de marcher a pied nue plus d'ustensiles,verres,assiettes pour se préparer un petit déjeuner par exemple appartement annoncé pour 3 personnes,en réalité un seul lit pour deux

Видимо это лучшее и самое комфортное место проживание в Агадире и в самом красивом месте пляжа да и всего города. Это не совсем отель, а в большей степени сьюты с кухней, что удобно, ибо питание не предоставляется. Это чуть ли ни единственный отель, с красивыми видами из окна, либо на океан, либо на порт.

Все равно арабы не могут держать марку... и хотя отель позиционирует себя как один из самых лучших в Агадире, сервис не соответствует. Номер хотелось помыть самому, в посудомоечной машине при заезде оказалась грязная посуда... ванная грязная... потом правда все наладилось... короче как бы они пыжились до высокого класса им еще далеко.

السعر مبالغ فيه وليس مقابل الخدمة التي تقدم علما بان الخدمة اقل من عادية موقع الشقق التي بجوار النادي الليلي مزعجه جدا ولا تتناسب مع الراحه و الاستجمام

اعجبني فيه موقعة حيث يقع في المارينا باقادير التي يتوفر فيها المطاعم والمقاهي

اولا: الخدمة ليست خدمة 5 نجوم وليست مقابل القيمة المدفوعة ثانيا: النظافة لا يتم التنظيف الا بطلب ثالثا: لا يوجد شبكة انترنت حيث انني طلبتها لمدة الاقامة وكان الرد انه لا يوجد خدمة الانترنت وفي حالة رغبتك الاتصال بالانترنت فاذهب الى اقرب شركة اتصالات واشتر كونكت انصح كل مسافر الى اقادير ان يسكن في شقة اذا اراد ان يسكن في اطلس مارينا او يبحث عن فندق 5 نجوم اخر لان اطلس مارينا لا يقارن بالفنادق بل يقارن بالشقق

ازعاج المخمورين وقله النظافه

موقعه استراتيجي وتصميمه رائع ويحتاج موظفيه لبعض المرونة في التعامل

الخدمات وتامين ادوات النظافه كالمناشف وغيرها تقييد الحرية السياحية في استقبال الصديقات

روعه المكان و هدوئه و نوعيه الناس الموجودين

اسلوب طاقم الفندق الغير لائق بعض الاحيان وبعضهم ينقص الي الأسلوب اللطيف وراقي وخاصه الاستقبال

La proprete en general de l'appartement est catastrophique. Les draps ne sont pas changes tous les jours et la proprete des sols et de la salle de bain est catastrophique. De plus, jai demande a la reception de menvoyer un technicien pour le coffre et egalemement pour un bouchon au niveau de la baignoire et bien je l'attends toujours Ma femme a reserve un spa par telephone il a fallu quelle passe par 5 personnes pour pouvoir reserver. Bref cest dommage que lappartement ne sois pas entretenu correctement que ce soit au niveau de la proprete que du batiment en lui meme et de lequipement.il faur durgence y remedier si vous voulez continuer a les louer

j'ai aimé l'emplacement et la vue sur l'océan, les chambres sont spacieuses.
