Quite handy to airport

A little far from old Marrakesh

Excellent Food and room service, Friendly helpful staff, well kept gardens, pool area ans facilities. A great stay spoiled by some disappointment with my room.

Room 315, No tv remote, Bidet not secured to floor, both wardrobe doors had broken hinges, no plug in sink, room door seemed to have been forced at some time and I did not secure, large chip on marble surrounding sink, black stain on carpet in front of bed, mini bar charged on my bill in error and had to be removed on check out.

It was nice. I enjoyed my staying in the hotel. I wanna recommend this hotel to other people.

Good and comfortable room with a lot of space. Nice garden and a swimming pool.

The hotel lobby and facilities are luxurious, it is in the posh side of town. The pool was lovely and a good temperature. The breakfast was lovely.

The staff on the front desk were very dismissive, the pool staff took one of our beds when we were in the pool by taking the bag and towel and clothes off it, the bar staff were slow and once walked off with my money and didn't even say they were going anywhere and were gone for over 5 minutes so I had no idea what was going on. The rooms are not as luxurious as the rest of the hotel. The location is okay it is in a developing part of the city. A shame the poor manners and friendliness of the staff jet it down. The front of desk staff didn't even say goodbye or thank you once we had paid and once we were at the desk and one of what appeared to be senior staff was screaming and shouting at someone on the phone and slammed it down. I would stay again but would want to see the staff be friendly, approachable and sincere. The room cleaning staff were lovely though!

Bed was comfortable.

This is a far cry from the 5-star hotel that it bills itself as. Unprofessional and unhelpful front desk and concierge staff; poor English ability. Rooms a bit tired and shabby; not well maintained. Throbbing disco from 12:30-3:00am on Friday and Saturday that vibrates the rooms that are above it. (Request a wind away from it.) Claim of free wi-fi in-room; works in some rooms, not so well in others. Lots of hotels in Marrakech; you could do much better.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and responsive

Except for breakfast, food is not good.

Le Spa n est plus au top par rapport a il y a quelques années ! De plus on a du se battre pour payer les chambres au juste prix qui pourtant était indique sur leur bordereau ! On voulait nous faire payer 3 chambres alors qu on en avait 2 ! Alors cette comptable vraiment désagréable ! Et voilà comment gâcher un séjour ! Et aucun dédommagement pour cet épisode qui nous a fait perdre notre sourire et 1h de temps ! Pour rien

Die nächtliche Musik des Nightclubs bis morgens um 5 Uhr! Weckdienst funktionierte nicht, hätte ohne meinen Wecker den morgendlichen Flug verpasst.Zimmer müssen renoviert werden.

Les soins au Spa sont chers pour une durée courte et le personnel peu formé. Pas de piscine couverte chauffée. Boutique chère et peu de choix.

Je trouve que l'ensemble des meubles, des fournitures et du sanitaire sont vieux et ont besoin d'être complètement changés.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.

Insgesamt war das Hotel nicht schlecht aber einige Kleinigkeiten störten den Gesamteindruck. Mal gab es keine Handtücher, die Duschabtrennung war so angebracht, dass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand. Ich musste einmal das Zimmer wechseln, da ich zunächst in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Nachtclub des Hauses untergebracht war, mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung zwischen Mitternacht un 4 Uhr!

Frühstücksauswahl und -qualität sehr schlecht. Servicepersonal äußerst unaufmerksam (bei eingedeckten Tischen fehlten mal die Messer, Löffel, Gabeln, Tassen oder Servietten; benutztes Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt). Zimmer waren für nordafrikanische Verhältnisse sauber, aber Abfluß im Waschbecken war verstopft (hätte bei der Reinigung erkannt werden müssen). Bei der Dusche lief mehr Wasser durch den Wannenauslaß als durch den Duschkopf. Die Duschvorlage wurde nach dem ersten Tag entfernt und nicht ersetzt; ditto die ersatzweise verwendeten Handtücher.
