A good room was quickly found for us when we complained about hot and noisy first room. Large comfortable room, clean hot water, good breakfast, and large twin beds, as requested.
First room proposed was very hot and noisy. Air con was not working in the hotel and the room was about 35 degrees. Also it faced a noisy street tho I had asked for a quiet room. Although finally ok, it showed that the reception staff just do not care about their clients . The DH euro conversion rate was extremely unfavourable to.
Great value for money!
The information stall lady was very unhelpful and also all extras, such as spa and restaurant were very expensive.
The price and quality for price
Toilet didn't flush, hair dryer didn't work, room service never answered, bar fridge was empty.
Location Room service was excellent Breakfast was great We were upgraded to a premium room when we complained about the view
You have to pay for spa Wifi sometimes lose connection
It is close to everything train station, Souks, and other important places. Several restaurants are within walking distance. I also like the front desk staff-- very helpful and understanding.
We requested for one double room and one twin but got two twin rooms instead! We didn't complain.
lack of cleanliness, staff not helpful, wifi not consistent
Good location and good value for money. Breakfast is correct also.
Bad pillows and wi-fi doesn't work well
Housekeeping staff prompt in requests, spa is excellent, shop staff is brilliant
Front desk staff not prompt, not helpfull and dis-organised departure; cashier was almost rude.
Kind people Comfortable
Breakfast not so good. It has to be improved for such hotel
The location is superb, close to the airport and all major attractions and areas. The waiting staff were great, efficient and helpful and the front of house staff and management did everything to make the trip comfortable for myself and family. The foyer is very pretty and the busboys smiles are warm and welcoming.
Although the rooms were on the surface clean, the lack of attention to detail and standard of cleaning was at times shocking. There were a litany of things amiss in the room: suspect marks on the bathroom wall not cleaned for the duration of my stay, poorly swept bathroom floor, foreign hairs on the floor, in the sink and bath, broken sink and bath plugs but most astonishing was the state of the bath where the plastic has come away from the bath leaving a visibly cracked bath. I had to wear slippers just to take a shower. Then there were the marks on the sofa covers and bed throw, carpets were not hovered and a really grubby fridge. Truly disappointing!
thers no alot of barking
- location close to train station - cleanliness - friendly staff
- wi-fi coverage is weak (specially near the pool) - they refuse credit card payment (cash only)
The tranquility And swimming pool And garden
The floor of the room was not clean
Rooms were big
Staff we're not courteous from the porter to the waiters. Had to wait a whole day to have room changed, despite availability. On the first day I had to come down 5 times to have my access key changed. The breakfast was the same poor menu every day. The wifi worked 25pct of the time. The ironing board was broken, but delivered like that. Finally, when I was checking out, I was told to carry my luggage in the rain to get into a taxi...
The room are so large and clean
The reception the miss anderstand my ebooking reservation And the price was the doble so I reclimed that then they fixed the problem. But I didn't like one thing of boking they give my all information about my credit card visa even my 3code digests and I think that is not fair I thought that my information will be secure in your e booking system and only they have right to see this info if I don't pay . So for me it's a big problem that the staff have easy access to my all info everything .
The hotel is getting old and it needs a revamp.
The location is good for the new town. Central but quiet.
The reception refused to accept a booking.com reservation. I showed them a reference number and they still asked me to print it from my ipad. I spent 30 euros calling Booking.com. Absolute disgrace.
almost every thing
