thers no alot of barking
- location close to train station - cleanliness - friendly staff
- wi-fi coverage is weak (specially near the pool) - they refuse credit card payment (cash only)
The tranquility And swimming pool And garden
The floor of the room was not clean
Rooms were big
Staff we're not courteous from the porter to the waiters. Had to wait a whole day to have room changed, despite availability. On the first day I had to come down 5 times to have my access key changed. The breakfast was the same poor menu every day. The wifi worked 25pct of the time. The ironing board was broken, but delivered like that. Finally, when I was checking out, I was told to carry my luggage in the rain to get into a taxi...
The room are so large and clean
The reception the miss anderstand my ebooking reservation And the price was the doble so I reclimed that then they fixed the problem. But I didn't like one thing of boking they give my all information about my credit card visa even my 3code digests and I think that is not fair I thought that my information will be secure in your e booking system and only they have right to see this info if I don't pay . So for me it's a big problem that the staff have easy access to my all info everything .
The hotel is getting old and it needs a revamp.
The location is good for the new town. Central but quiet.
The reception refused to accept a booking.com reservation. I showed them a reference number and they still asked me to print it from my ipad. I spent 30 euros calling Booking.com. Absolute disgrace.
almost every thing
So So Old Hotel
Proximity to event venue
Poor attention to details of staff Lack of follow through on guest request Lack of personal touch
Location close to the conference centre Palais De Congress
Nobody helped with luggage during arrival or departure, internet was on and off in the room, for 10 minutes nobody was taking my order in the restaurant near pool so i had to leave, asked for coffee in the morning and it never arrived. Terribly untrained stuff, only cleaning ladies were nice and doing good job.
Location to airport and old city
Housekeeping take the towels around breakfast time and do not return them until late afternoon. Menu was limited and expensive. The taxis are a complete rip off overcharging especially from airport (prices range from MAD150 to 200) and is signed posted at luggage carousel to be no more than only MAD75! Sightseeing trip to waterfall at Ourika, do not go on it...you are expected to literally climb the mountain side to access the site, unbelievably dangerous as no safety ropes or safety measures are used anywhere, hotel brochure does not mention this.
Great Location and clean rooms.
The staff did not speak english
I have paid 60 euro more by day. I have booked a room with pool view, I have received a room without but the price stay the same while de check out. The director is not correct and not honnest and not able to talk with cusotmers when you have a problem. So not really a director just a simple mind.
There was a lot to like: friendly and accommodating staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, varied TV channels, beautiful foyer, garden and outside space, generous meal timings for the early and late risers and diners, lovely room service, clean towels and dressing gowns.
More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms. The telephones and tables should be cleaned more thoroughly and my bathroom floor had little bits of debris of some sort which was there for the whole duration of my stay. There were embedded stains on my large and bedside tables. The terrace was not the best kept and I also had to clean the fridge which was a bit of a shocker and wipe the dust from the shelves in the wardrobe before using. Finally, there needs to be better accounting of what should be in the rooms: no "do not disturb" sign, a table but no chairs. Such a shame as all else was so well done.
The room was a typical room at a nicer business hotel. The location is very convenient to the convention center at the Palais.
Service at the restaurants was almost non-existent. After getting a table you are lucky to ever see the waiter again to order a drink. This is more problematic if you sit outside. The food quality of both the breakfast buffet (free) and the dinner buffet was well below average. The selection of food was not great and in some cases it was not warmed enough. Internet connectivity was intermittent with outages that lasted several hours in the afternoon.
Poor air condition , dirty room, dusty , ants no good selection of food.
There are many bird's droping in the restaurant and it was durty and not sanitary.
