The grounds were nice and the pool thats it

Room was freezing when we arrived ask to put on the heating got aload of verbal abusive for even asking, eventually got it on and could then take our coats off....toilet seat was chipped so not very nice....room is basic, 1 loo roll, no tissues, no information regarding breakfast times etc....towels are old and worn and an off grey colour, tv has no english channels. So obviously not catering for the british.....breakfast was dismal, most of the trays were empty at arriving at 9am had to wait 15mins for a boiled egg,,,,they put out lots of cakes on different plates, so it looks like you have a choice but there was only 2 types....bar staff not good, waited so long to be served a drink that we just left the bar the bar man was sipping drink from the bar whilst chating up to girls, hence why he forgot our drinks....it was awful, stayed inn Kenzi Farah and Golden tulip would recommend them both, but this place is a joke would never go there again or recommend it to anyone

Good quality food, clean rooms and helpful staff. Spa facilities were also very reasonably priced.

Slightly too far from Marrakech - although there is a regular free shuttle. Predominantly French speaking guests and staff at hotel could not communicate in English which limited our access to the entertainment programme. Didn't receive any information about all inclusive programme so also didn't have access to full range of meals/facilities etc.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and cooperated with me to the max

Well I just had to stay in to sleep over the night didn't do much actually during my stay

It was a very comfortable stay, but when we checked out they charged us more than what was agreed through booking . Com. They said that this was a local tax charge and apparently it's common in all hotels. So just be prepared to pay a little bit extra when leaving.

Nice and friendly staff. Accomodation is ok. Big plus is the bus to the centre of the town Every 2 hours.

Breakfest was à big dissapointment. We missed the fruit and fresh jus d orange and cold water. We travelled over the world, But this was one of the worst breakfeast. The second was the noise in the morning. People want to sit quitly at the swimming pool. Bug there was to much noise. And we were not the only visitors who had problems with it. And dont use ganster of r&b music. You are a resort and not à disco! You are in marocco. People want to hear arab music.

The rooms are large and clean, the staff is friendly,I really enjoyed the activities the animation staff organize, especially waterpolo, I really enjoyed myself

The hotel is located outside the city, there is effectively a free transport service, but it is only a small bus which capacity is only 25 persons every two hours, it is really unsufficient for a 180 room hotel, so it caused a very big problem, we could not move to the city, especially that there are no taxis in that area, so I suggest they would use more buses, or at least big ones.

Bad quality food, it was quantity over quality, was always cold. Staff were very rude and abrupt, stated a free hamam but that was not true, it was a sauna session!!

Spa facilities

Staff were neither very helpful or friendly towards us, as English speaking guests. Food was very poor in the evenings and all inclusive drinks is very limited - only served from one bar which was manned by one, very slow, person.

Loved the large room and great bed.

Place was run terribly. Staff never had any change for purchases, they completely lied to us about costs of a taxi to the airport claiming it cost twice as much as we had payed to get their and then telling us if we didn't want to pay it and book that taxi we could walk 30 mins to find one in the African heat. There were surprise taxes when we left which added another 20 euro to the stay. The food selection was etheier massive buffet or horrible snack menu which took on average 45 minutes to make a simple salad. Buffet breakfast for a four star was rubbish. Boiled eggs, a million types of bread and yogurt. Everything else was Luke warm or empty. The exercise room was tiny, not air conditioned and half the equipment was broken. We are backpacking cheap and have stayed in lots of places that were extreme budget but this place we hated.

The Altas Targa is beautiul..as soon as you walk through the doors ...the reception area to your right and straight in front is tall windows and doors leading to the pool. The room was nice and big (room for three) double bed and one single, clean - only thing was there was a lot of ants creeping in from outside. The bathroom was a great size- seperate from the toilet. Hot showers. We had a balcony which was great too.

The pool is nice.

I was disappointed that for the money there was no Internet in the rooms. No mini bar. Not even tissues. And no room service after 11pm. No way at all to get food after walking all day and night in medina. When I checked in no being offered or was even present to help withy bags. Overall I was disappointed. So much do that I left after one day and went to a riad. Which had all the things I just mentioned for half the price and a better location.

Although language was a barrier, as very few staff spoke English, we were made to feel welcome and included in all the activities which were on offer. Pool area was clean and inviting and the fact that facilities such as a bar, night club, tennis court etc were available on site meant we were able to enjoy ourselves on site. A balcony room is a definite plus!

All inclusive is advisible. Equipment like table tennis rackets, pool table balls were not always returned for other guests to use.Be prepared for a lack of choice with the food if you arrive within the last half hour of serving time. Choice of fruit poor-apples or oranges only.

Le serveur du bar de la piscine qui n'était vraiment pas sympathique et qui servait toujours en premier les marocains qui arrivaient après vous!

Hotel is schoon.

Er is geen bad i de kamers dat is erg onhandig als je kinderen hebt.

Les chambres sont confortables, les animateurs très sympas et le personnel au petit soin

L'ambiance générale le personnel insuffisant, toujours débordé, c'est pratiquement le client qui doit être à son service La médiocrité de la qualité ds repas et petits déjeuners. L'ambiance trop bruyante ... et beaucoup d'autres choses. Probablement nous ne reviendront pas dans cet Hôtel !!
