The staff are Not helpful specially who is working in reception (night shift )they leave the reception empty and they sleep in sofa
The slides The swimming pools The rooms
The food was so poor, no variety especially for kids. In the buffet most of the food was tasteless. The animation team was small. We had just two shows during our stay of 7 nights. No bottles of water just fountains. The coffee/tea is served in plastic cups! The staff should make more efforts in dealing with customers
My children like the aqua park and the maxi club,Rita and Fatima were very kind with the children, for me and my wife we like the calm.
There is no wifi in the room, the food wasn't very good almost the same kind every day.
The pool area was fine The staff concerning the children's disco were very friendly.
The rest of the staff were appalling.we had been there for 2 days and had 1 towel between 5 of us.despite making numerous requests, the towels appeared on day 3 when we got alittle angry. The variety of food was very poor.we are the same thing everyday for a week. The staff at the hotel need a lesson in customer service-many complaints were made about this throughout.they will not help you regardless and we have been around the world and never experienced that type of behaviour elsewhere-very strange
Overall it was ok. Unfortunately out of the 4 water slides only two of them were working. Nobody informed us that they stop working at 5.30pm, and the children were disappointed. Before you go make sure there are no school holidays at that time. It happened that we were there during their spring break, and it was full of locals
room was very spacious and clean water slides good but only 4 (in photos looks like more.) Some staff very friendly others unhelpful. allowed a late check out without payment and think we were upgraded to a suite.
shuttle service only every 2 hours and only 25 places so you need to get a taxi and quite far out. The dining room is just one very hot and crowded room with terrible food. meal times are late in the evening for children and long gap between lunch and dinner, long queues for any freshly cooked food could be a good hotel but let down by the dining room/food. Needs more than one restaurant for number of people. Wifi only in communal areas and could not always connect
all staff were very friendly and helpful, also staff were very accomodating and flexible on all requests. We were especially happy when we changed our bookings several times and turned up un-annouced on one occasion, but still managed to book us in. we were upgraded when they couldn't find suitable rooms. Varied lunch and dinner menu-very good. Shuttle service to city
Indoor heated swimmingpool was only available to those using the spa treatment. Also outdoor swimming pools were not heated, and water very cold in the morning. Sould have segregated areas for topless sun bathing-lots of children were around. No hand shower/ water or bidet in the bathrooms. Apart from meal times no snacks were provided with tea/coffee in the afternoon, nothing for kids Should vary breakfast menu, it was same everyday. Should be more accomodating to Muslims guests. One of the shuttle driver was quite mean.
Recreation team were exaggerating . No good food variations for an all inclusive hotel. Also no enough entertainment as it is very far away for the city and attractive areas.
Food, entretainment, facilities.
Beds are quite hard.
Excelent hotel for kids and families, a lot of fun, good service, always they care about you, everything was perfect for my kids (9-6-6 years old), they love it. All the service, wifi, restaurant, bus to downtown are really included, there are not any trick of fault. ... For me, the best vacation after 3 years in Europe.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean . Free bus into the main town .
Limited on food choice , maybe because of the time of year ( low season). Nothing to do really at the hotel and hotel is quite far out.
Loved the peace and quiet,The amazing buffet.Nice big swimming pool
The fact that they didn't have a utilities shop for getting the basics like toothpaste and toothbrush considering how far out of town they were.
Great pool and outside area. Very peaceful. Great Omelettes :)
I stayed there in October half term and only saw two other british. It was very much French. Very few staff spoke English also. Service very hit and miss. No information about hotel on arrival like meal times, bar hours, what drinks are available on the all inclusive etc.
