Hotel Azoul  

The staff is really really friendly, they were amazing; the food is fabulous, both breakfast and dinner; the rooms are very clean and confortable. Really feels like you're at their home! Very quiet and well located, excellent for the price you pay! Would return.

The shower doesn't have any kind of protection around it so you end up splashing the whole bathroom. The towels were very clean but reeeealllyyy old.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean as well as well decorated. Cant find anything to complain about really, good value for money. Keep up the hard work guys!

The location was decent... about a five minute walk to the center of town (not much of a negative, but that's all I've got)

The rooms are small but nice and very clean. The staff is friendly.

The shower is very near to the toilet, so if you like, you can sit on the toilet and have a shower at the same time....

We liked Anna at the desk. She was superb. Beds were comfortable and clean. Water was hot. Food was good.

Pretty, clean, straightforward hotel that does what it says on the tin. When we did have a small problem (no hair drier or shower cap in the room) it was resolved quickly, with no fuss and a big smile

Not in town centre but only 5 minutes walk. Rooms at the front are on the main road and so a bit noisy. We were moved to the back of the hotel without any fuss.

Warm welcome. The owners are extremely friendly and do their best to serve their customers. Conveniently located close to the bus station and just some minutes away from the city center. Nothing to complain about, wonderful place!

Had all the amenities we needed for our 2 stops in Ouarzazate to get organized - internet, breakfast, in-room heat, tv, nice rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good dinner, also, even though we only had half-board one of our 2 stays.

Nothing, really, although some might wish it was closer to the centre (about 5-10 minutes on foot).

It was very beautiful place where I have ever stayed in Morocco.I was very surprised of the good end ​​lovely interior inside of my room. End it was sunset. (name of the room the same) Very good design e comfort room with balcony. Nice staff end splendid view from terrace on top.

Good size room, convenient, wifi, hot water..... It was god for a stop- over place which is what we needed it for.

It's not the type of place you would want to stay long in as lacked atmosphere (but that maybe due to town not being very desirable!)

We liked the interior of the hotel. Every room is designed as different region of morocco. Breakfast was good.

The internet didn't worked during our stay.

From the outside it doesn't look like much as it is on the main road, but inside it is lovely, and our room looked nice and posh. The hotel man didn't seem to have a map he could offer us of Ouarzazate though this wasn't any problem at all since the city is very small. Service was friendly and the set dinner we had in the cosy terrace room was very nice.
