Location Because it is near the beach, the place is very noisy ( a lot of disco clubs near hotel and even in the hotel ). We could sleap only at 3 o`clock. Staff was not speaking english at all and very poor french. The pool is very small and the breakfast was owfull. A lot of flys on the food and bad quality.We booked a double room and we received a triple one, with smaller double bad than in our friends room. Lockers were not working and the same for WI-FI. As a tip , you can connect to Mc Donalds wi-fi but the signal is bad. Overall price/quality report is very bad.

The room was clean The breakfast was dire, the air con/heating didn't work, on the second night we got back and all the electrics had blown so they moved us to another room only to move us back to the old room the following morning. Some of the staff were quite rude, the bars were a real let down - the piano in the 'piano bar' was never played and the bar was crazy expensive. The other bar was the breakfast room which was small and dark and pretty expensive too. The pool was very small and the decor totally dated.

My experience in Casablanca was a mixture of awesome and frustration. Royal Air Maroc lost my luggage and everyday insisted it was still in Cairo. They were unwilling to help in any way. I took it upon myself to call Cairo and Jordan and it turns out Egypt Air had expedited my bags to cmn the very next day. For 5 days ram insisted they did not have my baggage and I showed up at the airport 5 days later to find it had been there the whole time. Very, very frustrating. However the management, staff and everyone associated with the Hotel Azur were completely amazing! They called and spoke to ram everyday for me. They were friendly, helpful, playful, kind and quite frankly awesome. My luggage saga aside, I would highly recommend The Hotel Azur to anyone wishing to stay on the Corniche in Casablanca. It has a feel of Miami or Fort Lauderdale from the 60's and 70's! Very charming! I commend the entire staff and were it not for their graciousness my stay in Casablanca would have been a complete disaster. Do go to Casa....do stay at Hotel Azur....do not fly Royal Air Maroc! The Corniche is quite lively every night, so if you want peace and quiet this is not the area for you! I thought it was amazing! Great ambiance and atmosphere!

The Hotel was good but they need an agreement with the owners of the beech hotels to give free access to the Beech! You have to pay!! We wont be going to casablanca again! Pay to go on the beech!! Having a laugh But would tell about the problem with the access to the beech if with kids etc.

Its position. The restaurant on the first floor- the Sinatra. It is not part of the hotel as such though, but independently run and very good. The view of the sea is lost once you sit down in the chairs by the window! A stupid architectural mistake.

Leaving. Staff are rude and money grabbing. The hotel is dingey, not clean. No wi-fi as the booking states. Every day they said it will be working tomorrow.

Le personnel est accueillant , disponible Le prix à l'arrivée est au dessus du prix de la réservation sur booking, 40 euros de plus l'hotel est assez vieux et l'isolation moyenne, le quartier bruyant et dommage on continu de fumer dans l'établissement

L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de la plage et des nombreuses attractions le soir venu. Pas une réclamation mais Il est juste dommage de ne pouvoir accéder au Wifi du 5ème étage. J'ai du passer beacoup de temps dans le hall de réception.

Le personnel est très sympathique et fait un travail remarquable pour qu'on se sente à la maison. Petit-déjeuner très bien. Le barman de l'espace piscine est super ! Au 6ème étage on a une très belle vue sur la mer mais la connexion wifi ne marche jamais. Il n'y a pas de documentation de l'hôtel dans la chambre.

Location chambre double de luxe et installe dans une chambre double simple change de chambre une troisieme fois pour cause de nuisances sonores en chambre de luxe et de nouveau une chambre simple annule la reservation au bout de la deuxieme nuit hotel ne correspondant pas a la presentation internet acec une discotheque et le bld de la corniche au pied je deconseille
