No Hot water after 3.00 am Breakfast poor compared to the others in Morocco. Room need update..... nothing like pictures on site.

Nice decorations both in the main hallway and room, good location but slightly confusing as it is 2.5km away from the old city (Medina).

1. Very expensive breakfast (14€) 2. Reception tried to trick us by offering a taxi ride to the airport that costed 300 MAD instead of the normal 120 MAD (standard price). 3. The "official guide" booked via the reception was less enthusiastic to show us around when she found out we are not interested in buying carpets or anything else, and the visit was shortened - half day means 2h. Might be better to look for a guide elsewhere.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing, the hotel was outstanding, the location fantastic, if you are going to Fez book this hotel.

there was NOTHING about this hotel that we didn't like, the only thing was that we were only there for 5 days, too short a time. Anyone who doesn't like the hotel or the staff - then we suggest you stay at home.

Price paid in local currency revealed to be very diferent than the anouced in booking reservation - booked 65€+Tax and paid 90€...

Great location & facilities.

clean, centraly located, with very nice and friendly staff.

No double or king beds in regular rooms, only available for suites. toilet has no bidet, and toilet bowl was fixed very high in the wall, so really not confortable. Weak water pressure in the shower. (room 224)

Very comfortable room, wifi was fast. Location was perfect and fitness centre was great.

Only two issues. The staff could not provide a map or any help for sight seeing, I have never experienced this before. The breakfast buffet was not good- bread was stale and most things did not look fresh.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city so its a good place to coneecting to different parts of thie city.

When I visited the hotel & had a lady visitor whose my friend and local resident of Morocco , they refused to let her enter in my room cos they said that I need to be legally married to let a lady visit me. Whereas there is no such rules on the hotel webiste. When I spoke to the duty manager he told me that all they can do is that she needs to book a separate room in the hotel. It is sad to know that a person whose my friend and accompanies me all the way from the airport till my hotel is refused to even relax my room for an hour. But I believe most of the foreginers visit different countries with their friends & there is strong possibility that they might be unmarried . Anyways this was the only bad point about the hotel.

I did get a good deal on booking.com which made it affordable. It was one of the best places I have stayed. My room was stunning, the hotel is superb and the facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed my stay and if there is another offer I would definitely return there. Such a tranquil haven away from the hubbub of the medina.

A very small thing was that the wifi sometimes didn't work in my room and the drinks from the mini bar were expensive but that wasn't a surprise.

despite the name, the hotel is located far from the Medina the hotel staff is not attentive to the guests. For example, the girl at the reception messed up the keys to the rooms, in the empty bar the barman had not served us 20 minutes

The room was very spacious and with amazing decoration. A returning point for sure. The parking is very good for whom who travel with your own car. Ther hotel restaurant just around the corner is excellent both the staff and the food.

The staff was doing thousands things at the same time, it was a bit confused.

Bien situé, à 5 Mn de la médina en voiture. Hôtel neuf, propre et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Bonne adresse.

Chambre confortable. Equipements hotel appréciables. Excellente localisation.

Petit-déjeuner cher. Thé infect : eau dans thermos qui ont contenu précédemment du café.
