nice bed clean room showers are perfect
room service, they open the doors without knocking.
Design Very Comfortable
The spacious rooms The location The parking though little costly
European style rooms with very comfy bed. Extremely high speed internet. If you complain about the speed in your room they bring you a router just for yourself.
useless staff at the restaurant and the pool was INOP. Poor breakfast
The air-conditioner was horrible , so we were hot all the night , Bathroom was dirty , the mini bar was free , the lamp next to bed was broken , breakfast is too expensive for 120 dh you can have a lunch in the best restaurent of Fes.
Quick and clean
The location of the hotel is ideal. The reception staff is proffessional and courteous. The concierge staff however needs training on the City Fes, its restaurants and entretainment .
The rooms are aged and need refreshing. There are no slippers dfor guests not bed side carpets.. No bath robes supplied but for asking. No shop for newspapers and minimum personal accessories.
The location, was very close to the Medina and the Nouvelle Ville
The room was cleaned after 15:00 and no towels until 17:00
Very good location, very good rooms for the price that we booked. Fast internet, big and comfortable bed
One of the girls at the reception is not friendly at all. They asked for all the possible personal documents that a person can have. They were checking all the pages of my husband's passport without any reason. Also when we entered the room there was a very bad smell and by searching the room we found a bag with old and rotten food that previous clients had left there. Apparently the cleaning staff are not cleaning the room too well...we handed the bag to the reception and they just asked the number of the room, without apologising.
Quiet and comfortable hotel of the Spanish hotel chain Barceló, located in the new part of Fez at the modern Avenue Hassan II. Central station five minutes footwalk away, therefore no need to use the "petit taxi" which always try to cheat you.
One day, they forgot to clean our room, but this might have been a lapse.
I liked everything. The staff could not be more attentive and helpful. Both the general manager and the bar and restaurant manager absolutely first class
Good location in 'new city'. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Generally an honest 4* which isnt always easy to find in Morocco. Nice gym.
Room cleaning could be better. Restaurant/cafe/bar AWFUL service and restaurant has no atmosphere together with being very cold. Spa staff nice but treatments a bit amateur. Wifi reception not great
Good location, 10 minutes from the airport in the middle of the 'new' city. Nice small gym. Wifi was working fine.
Hotel was far better than expected from advertising .spotless clean .high quality of service.breakfast buffet .room very spacious
Nice, warm, clean and comfortable beds- what else the travelers need :-)
The restaurant has not much in offer, it would be nice to have a bigger choice of tapas and other mains.
They ask payment first what i didn't like and also parking is verye expensive 80dh (mad)
new facilities; fitness center was good.
I stayed there just so that I could walk to the mall (Borj) and MacDonald's.
There is no Moroccan style (or really any style at all). It is modern and bland.
The hotel reception staff are very helpful and attentive, specially Mlle. Githa
Restaurant is very poor
The location of the hotel is very convenient, staff are very helpful and attentive. You can book the sauna and steam room for private use. Rooms are good value for money and very clean.
Food in the restaurant could be slightly better
Location, fairly clean rooms
Beds were too hard, room is small, not really comfortable, not really nice breakfast
Location ! We where upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with fantastic view over the city. So nice and professional the staff working in the reception.
Madrass a bit hard. Our dinner in the restaurant was served cold, think they forgot to pick it up. We had to send it out , looked like they put the my plate In the owen to heat it up the plate was not touchable and the sauce was like a sealed hat on top of my meat. Not the best service in the restaurant.
Room it was not good cleaning and the rules of the hotel it's tuff. They are asking for advance when I did chikin. Breakfast poor
- very clean - good location
- had to report lack of wifi in my room 3 times - had to call for a bottle opener 4 times (both reception and room service forgot about my request) - paid the bill in full in the evening to avoid the hassle at 5am, and then asked to pay more on check out (they forgot that the rate for second night was higher)
It was pleasant and nice and clean. The wifi was pretty good. The breakfast was quite a nice variety.
The only thing that really bothered us is that they had the same song going all day long (no kidding!) on the PA system.
