Staff inside and outside (parking man), it was clean and design. Good price for the quality. I do really recommend it. I will go back there for sure. Moreover, in the center f the city. Situation perfect and easy to find. nothing, everything was perfect! |

Really nice room, quiet hotel, comfortable bed, and great views of the mosque and the sea. Problem with the reception staff, wouldn't accept my ID card, said I needed my passport, which wasn't true. Had to sort out the issue with the hotel manager. Wasn't a great welcome. |

The hotel is popular and is known by most of the taxi drivers in Casablanca.It is new and modern looking. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnishued. The bathrooms are clean and bright.The bathroom complimentaries are quite good and varied and differ from the usual ones available in the most hotels. The receptionists are not quite friendly and their command of English is insuficient. We had a minibar issue as we were said to have had sweets and soda which was not true. At check-out the receptionists ere in expectation of tip for nothing. |

I would not recomend this hotel or the chain. Being a Centurion card holder I expected the hotel to acknowledge a late check out. They did not do so. Normally I get a upgrade I did not get one. |

Staff especially at the reception were great, very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is easy walking distance from many nearby restaurants and cafes. The mosque (about 25 minutes walk) was amazing. An airport transfer was efficiently pre-arranged, no problems. Yes..We stayed twice and booked a double room. Both times we got twin beds pushed together. Also we thought it was overpriced, especially when we stayed midweek. Perhaps if there was a spa or a fancy rooftop restaurant they could justify the price tag. |

Nice clean hotel, Staff need to be trained better to give out correct information during booking over the phone. Mix up with exchange rate & price charged due to incorrect information given. |

One of the best 4star hotels. Good location and close to all imp points.Very friendly/helpful staff ,especially M/s Samira. Room/bathroom very clean with all facilities. Breakfast very good. |

La localización es bastante buena, las instalaciones son muy buenas y la limpieza adecuada. Casablanca bonita ciudad y la mezquita de Hasan II impresionante! En general me ha gustado todo del hotel. |

El diseño del hotel. La atención de sus empleados, la cordialidad con la que te atienden. Las habitaciones, el restaurante, muy comodo y muy tranquilo. Relativamente cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en casa blanca. Altamente recomendado. |

La posizione anche se centrale e comoda per la visita della città lo rende molto rumoroso non ha i vetri adeguati per renderlo insonorizzato, si sentivano rumori anche dalle altre camere. |
