I could not sleep with my fiance in the same room, they need a marriage certificate to do so! So we needed to book two different rooms. apart from that, the hotel was perfect!
Location and bed OK. Staff service is bad...food really bad and receptionist forgot to make a wake up call. The minimum staff can d.
hospitality of the staff , cleanliness , help of the receptionist ,
1-the safety is not good in the bath tub , i mean there should be a metal bar beside the tub to catch it as safety tool . 2- The room ( 903 ) didn't have the list of internal telephones of the Hotel.
Spacious, elegance & lovely filling breakfast.
faut revoir les chaines de télé disponibles
Its location, and its fair value
As with many hotels in Casablanca, it was dirty and lacking maintenance in many details
Cleanliness Comfort location
The sound of streets was loud at night I wish u do some thing like sound prove windows
I like this hotel, Excellent location and confortable
The rate during week days is very high compare to weekend days. I was planning to stay for 05 days due the high rate, I shifted to another hotel.

Breakfast No internet Room cleaning
The bed is comfortable, and breakfast is good.
No lobby facilities,
staffs man in reception didn't want to give me the room I booked on booking. com becausehe thought it's a cheap price telling me that this room WAS (was) a mosque view before these buildings which exist now and I have to pay extra money because it was late and I was so tired. All photos didnt convense him and he kept telling me that it's the same photos for all rooms type
Good location, good breakfast buffet
Smelly bathroom, wifi and clean water unavailable during whole morning.
-the room was spacious and clean. -we asked to change the room at first because we wanted two single beds and the staff straight away changed our room -breakfast was lovely and there was a range of pastries and there was a range of cooked food -
The stuff is just adorable, they even kept helping me even when i made a check out already!! when I visited them to ask about something they were still so helpful. regarding the hotel. it's only for business so don't go if you want a nice pool and charming spa. Clean and awesome. happy arrival for all of u
slow wifi speed, limited access to VPNs
The locations is good
The hotel personnel especially receptionists are not polite, and unwilling to help their guest. If you need anything they will not help you for sure, for example if you need an iron they will say we are sorry we do not have an iron at hotel, and you will look for a dry cleaner in Fes which is not available.
As with most other hotels in Casa or Rabat - except for the new ones - the room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. Also the TV set did not work. The TV is never high on the list except during soccer world cup.
Location was in the centre of town. Good bathrooms and beds.
Strange system for breakfast that we never really understood. Cold coffee at breakfast and requested hotter coffee but it never came!
Close to city center. Nice location. Maintenance staff on call. Front desk Staff members trie to help.
Safety box not easy to operate, batteries leaking. Air condition is with inadequate cooling.
Thanks for all
location and clean
no gym and no spa
We had a corner room on one of the higher floors. The room was large and very clean. Check in staff were courteous.
On the day of check out, we came back to find our room door was left open. I called reception to find out what was going on and they didn't bother calling me back. I called again (after 15 minutes) and they said it was most probably housekeeping (despite the fact that we had a 'do not disturb' sign on our door nor any cleaning utensils in our room). Nothing was missing but this did ruin a good experience.
