Nice 5 stars hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. A bit expensive for what the region offers. The negative side is that it offers a poor breakfast, proper of a 3 stars hotel

We get ready to have special dinnerAnd we were very surprised that the restaurant was closed 3 ago and nobody noticed us,than we went back to our room to order some food the biggest surprise the room service was close too even though it was early,

Loved the location and the hotel facilities. The animation team and the mini club work very well with pretty commited, friendly and professional staff.

I believe that the Reception and cleaning staff are not well prepared to deal with a full hotel.

Awful hotel with what must be the worst customer service in the world. Has management for a clue as to the harm this hotel can do to this new resort? Asked for a change of room which I got when I told them I had taken photos of a broken patio ground floor door, filthy floors, and pillows that smelt of the aftershave of obviously the previous night's occupant. Overcharged stay for the quality of service, quality of food and the only thing saving this hotel is one excellent barman - I would consider him essential to help with the depression! I stayed here last year and it has just gone downhill since. This area is trying to attract tourists and buyers for newly built apartments, someone please talk to them.

Absolutely nothing. The rooms were filthy, no coathangers, tv had no remote control and had to be switched off/on by pulling the plug out of the socket, floors had not been swept for days, as there were bits and pieces everywhere. Bath had scum and so did the basin. No seaview, although that was booked for. Were charged for breakfasts, although you had that included in the quote. The list is endless...... The room only had one chair to sit on, there were no literature re contact numbers for reception/housekeping etc etc. Room was made at 7.30 pm first night, and not at all the next day or after.

When we arrived there was no room available, although I had emailed them that our arrival would be on the last flight from Casablanca arriving at the hotel at 2.30 am. We were kept waiting at the desk for over an hour and were told we had no booking, until we showed them our print-out with your confirmation. We were then allocated a garden view and promised to change the next day. That never materialised. The food was not to write home about. Sitting on the balcony was no pleasure, as it was filthy. We had had enough after the three nights and moved out which caused a stir. We argued until blue in the face and got 50% discount on 3 nights but still had to pay for the breakfasts. The place needs a complete overhaul, and yet when compared architecturally to the other hotels, it was the most attractive, but very run down. Apart from a complete overhaul, it needs a new competent management. I would like to mention that we had dealt with the manager personally. Another acquaintance of ours moved in the day before yesterday and had the same problems. He only stayed the one night after having spoken to us.

Location is great, amenities are great. The room is Spacious, I did have a plumbing problem ( both The sink and the shower get clogged up) The hotel staff is very average, unattentive. All in all I would stay there again

El hotel es genial, la infraestructura es nueva, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, la atención muy buena, te puedes relajar y desconectar en ese lugar. Había leído muchos comentarios malos sobre el hotel, pero la verdad es que habrán sido en otras fechas, porque actualmente el hotel es maravilloso y muy limpio. En cuanto a la comida hay mucha variedad y en cuanto a bebidas lo mismo. El estilo es marroquí y tiene un gran encanto. Lo aconsejo a todos, tanto para parejas como para familias.

Repas imitation européenne très moyen, aucun repas local qui rappel le pays (tajine, couscous etc..), aucune insonorisation au niveau des chambres.

En general todo ha estado muy bien, los servicios estupendos, el personal muy amable y dispuesto, desde la recepcion a los Vigilantes de seguridad son muy amables.

El Balneario es muy bueno pero tienen muchos cosas que no funcionan o estan rotas. En Recepcion hay pocos profesionales que hablen español. El servicio de Cambio de moneda, en Recepcion solo te cambian de Euros a Dirhams, pero no al contrario, con lo que si cambias mucho dinero, te encuentras con que cuando te marchas no te lo cambian a Euros. Parece ser que estaba todo cerrado, de lo que ponen es su publicidad, solo habia un restaurante, es de entender que estabamos muy pocas personas, pues acababan de comenzar la temporada. El principal problema que tiene este hotel al igual que los que existen en la zona, es el de Transfers desde los Aeropuertos, no se entiende que entre todos los Resorts, no dispongan como en Riviera Maya o Republica Dominicana etc... de un autobus para ir dejando a los viajeros en sus respectivos Hoteles. Esta bastante mal comunicado.Por lo que no te queda mas remedio que alquilar un automovil.

Responsabili molto preparati e cordiali; abbiamo trovato un accordo eco siamo fermati 10 giorni. Spiaggia stupenda.

Lenti alla reception. Lapis ina esterna era troppo fredda; quella interna a pagamento trio clorata.

Aucunes des activités annoncées existent : promenade maritime : en construction, marina : en construction, pas de jetski, pas de plongée.., Club house du golf : en construction : parcours du golf pas ouvert... Tout est comme ça. Nous avions réservé pour plus d'une semaine, nous sommes restés une soirée. Merci de nous avoir fait faire 2000 km aller retour pour rien... Que booking fasse son travail correctement et arrête d'annoncer des activités qui n'existent pas.

La beauté de l'établissement réalisé dans un style respectant le Maroc, ayant favorisé le travail des artisans; le calme vu basse saison , le côté sauvage du bord de mer, la merveilleuse gentillesse du personnel l'énergie que l'on perçoit pour mieux faire !

Rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié mais quelques bémols en ce qui concerne la mise en valeur de produits du terroir ; par exemple: mettre au buffet jus d'oranges pressé avec les oranges de berchane , c'eût été beaucoup mieux que le jus d'orange en poudre ..réparer les terrains de tennis serait bien et renforcer la maîtrise du français pour le personnel

The hotel is lovely. The entrance is magnificent but could be so improved, in particular it could be made more European: large plants by the pillars (big ficus for example). The overall look is too much from the 90s, when the minimalist look is now more elegant and stylish. The settees should be fitted with white covers. The fine curtains should be removed, making the area less cluttered and dusty. The central lanterns are dusty, better to remove them altogether (they give very little light anyway). Any lamps in perfectly clean white shades would be fine. The outside window curtains should be replaced by simple sheer white panels, dropped to half way (these are called japanese panels and are inexpensive). The colored candles around the fountain (it has to be fixed) should be either all white, or else replaced by plants in small terra-cotta pots. The rugs look dusty, and they detract from the very pretty tiled floor: they take away the attractive typical arab look. It is such a beautiful entrance and is not used to its full potential. It needs to be a five star entrance and it has the potential for this. The bar area is fine, the deep red is more suited to the night atmosphere. Other than that the staff are lovely, Fatima was so sweet in the restaurant. Everyone was helpful and pleasant without being overly serviceable: that is the way the Europeans and North Americans feel comfortable. Staff could not be better!
