personnel there was construction on the building next door that began at night. we rarely got one full nite's rest due to jackhammers etc.... i wish we would have known about that before. we will rethink best westerns...they should disclose this before one registers. |

Overall a disappointing, unfriendly experience, with no possible justification for the 4-star status. The room itself was OK. The staff were generally unwelcoming and inattentive (one exception); the wi-fi did not work most of the time and no-one was interested in putting it right; if you weren't first at breakfast you were left with a display of unattractive scraps; no hotel or visitor information at all in the room; poor tourist info from reception |

As you has given us the information about hotel in website i got opposite of this. The aircondition in the room is not cooling suppose to be there is no any AC. The rooms is not clean also. la chambre était propre. bien isolée de la rue. pas de problème de bruit. L'accueil, le soir est limite. l'équipe du matin est plus pro. le petit déjeuner est vraiment cheap pour le prix vaut mieux déjeuner dehors. |
