Location, the room, welcoming tea, clean bathroom, clean bed, house keeping
Reception was rude i just arrive 9 hours bus trip from other city and reception tell me u must pay in advance cause you dont have enough luggage so i went search for atm
Good cleanliness, Charming staff, Comfortable bed in a quiet room, Good location. Quaint elevator that works most times.
Wifi not up to expected standard and not free! Airconditioning not very efficient
Floor hadn't been vacuumed because there were nail clippings. Long hairs on bathroom counter. No air conditioning. Only one towel for a couple.
The location was pretty good, very close to the Medina and the Nation's square.
The hotel was very old, the air-conditioning system was bad, the pillows were like stones and the linen were of bad quality. The wifi worked only outside the room.
this hotel was overall ok. the location is great because it is close to the medina (5 minute walk), and place mohamed 5 (10 minute walk). hassan II mosque is only about a 15 minute walk
This hotel is located in a great place right in the middle of the city, and it's extremely close to both the bus and train stations.
The hotel room's air quality was absolutely awful. There was no fresh air and the window could not be opened. It made for an awful sleep. Another issue was their WiFi was absolutely useless. I spent hours trying to make further bookings because the WiFi was up and down like a yoyo. It was extremely frustrating to use.
Very cold staff, area very chaotic, red lights bar in the hotel.
A hotel without Wi Fi?? 4stars hotel have to organise their wifi problems
the location is very good, close to everything
the room smelled of dampness, the air con was veeeeery noisy, and the room looked on an industrial area ...didn't like it
Location was very good.
Staff refused to give us change when paying for the room in cash. So make sure you have the correct amount. This was disappointing given it is a global brand hotel.
The Hotel is well located in the same street as the more expensive hotels which is close to the tram, main square, old medina and walking distance to Ricks Cafe and main mosque on the water. The Hotel is a bit old but mostly well kept.
Most of the time the staff on the front desk spoke very little english so it was hard to get advice on where to go - a bit of a problem for us as Ramadan meant a lot of things were closed, and Casablanca is not a place you want to wander around at night. The street was very noisy however the sound proofing did help a lot. The restaurant was quite expensive as expected.
The room was comfy and restaurants were pleasant
The receptionist was very rude and the price was not as promoted on booking.com
big and comfortable room, nice staff
We had a wonderful 1 -night stay in this hotel. We needed a room for the night before catching an early morning flight. As city people, we have to admit staying in a hotel after riads after riads was a welcoming respite (not that we didnt enjoy the authentic riad experience). The room we got was super clean and the central air conditioning ensured the room was neither too hot or cold. The front desk reception were helpful when we needed help with buying train tickets to the airport.
Room was very neet and clean.
Friendly, attentive staff
Breakfast with poor orange juice after travelling throughout Morocco with thè most amazing freshly squeezed juice!
Location not bad but on a very busy street.
Staff did not speak much English and not service oriented. Mattrass and pillows were very hard. No parking outside the hotel.
Staff was exceptionally nice Location is good for evening activities Rooms are spacious
Furniture needs to changed Bad odor in the room so I had to change it Less variety of food in the Buffet breakfast
The staff hospitality, specially reception and house keeping.
I liked the central location of the hotel
Waste of money
A lot of Flying insect. Even if you enter at the lobby. Especially at night.
The hotel was good to stay 1 or 2 nights. Location is very good. Good value for the money. Rooms were clean.
there was no hot water for having shower! We called recetion. They didn't do anything.
- Location near port is very good - parking was easy with friendly attendants
- Front desk staff were not friendly and helpful - breakfast was good but not the best value for 10 Euro
