Great location in the center of Casablanca. Very friendly personnel. A nice room. Amazing view from my room on the 9th floor to Ancient Medina, Hassan II Mosquee and Atlantic Ocean.
The hotel location is excellent and we could walk every where around old city (Medina). The room itself was also compfortable.
The WiFi was abit disapointing, although on the first day we did not have any issues. The problem started at the next day. Another important case I should mention is staff communication. Giving ideas about city attraction is very important to a tourist that staff were not able to give us a map and explenation.
Location, friendly staff, clean
Overpriced breakfast with limited selection, outdated hotel rooms
The concierge was a bit of a monster. Vey rude old man with no manners and zero customer service. Stay away ftom here.
A kettle in the room was appreciated, and the room was quiet.
The attitude of the staff was appalling ! They didn't bother to reply to our email (sent over a week before we arrived ) which contained a specific request, and when we arrived in the evening the guy at reception was unhelpful and disinterested and said to discuss our concern with the morning reception people. They too were also disinterested, inflexible and unhelpful. As a result we had to pay twice as much for our accommodation. We had also ordered a car with the night reception guy for the next morning which never turned up, and the morning reception people didn't care less about it and did nothing to help us. We were very surprised at the lack of professionalism and care towards customers shown by the reception staff. We had stayed in Riads all through Morocco which were wonderful! but this last night spent at a hotel was certainly a sour note.
old dirty smelly
Close to train station
Nice hotel, good location (although I would choose a hotel on the beach - much more beautiful area of Casa), helpful and kind staff.
Wi-fi working the best early in the morning or late in the evening. Laundry service poor - asked twice to wash it and didn't happen although confirmed by the reception.
I like the location room size and space
AirCondtion not constantly cold , they don't Chang bed sheets ,and no vicoming is done when they clean the room the carpit is dirty
its a nice hotel
the location, the price
Location Room Comfort Friendly Staff
Arrived very late but staff where most helpful and courteous. Requested a late check out (5pm) and this was agreeable- even though I payed for an extra night, it was good value for money. Would stay again.
AC was a bit noisy.
location, price, staff is good. It is a great place to stay especially 1 or 2 nights. Price is good compared to ibis and novotel just near by.
We got no problem. Everything was good.
The Best Western hotel enjoys a good location. Within walking distance of the new centre, in a side street of the very busy Avenue des FAR. The hotel has double windows to keep out the traffic noise. The hotel also has its own private car park which is very easy with a rental car. There is a friendly staff, breakfast was OK with sufficient choice, the rooms look good upon entering and about the beds we have no complaints
We had a room (801) where, according to our opinion, some maintenance is necessary. Some switches hung loose, the bed lighting partially did not work and – most important – the airconditioning did not cool the room. Although a complaint at the reception led to a visit by the technical service, this visit did not result in a cooler room. Fortunately we had one of the rare days in September that it was raining, so the temperature was significantly cooler.
smoking odoor in non smoking room
No hedeache option- excellent location, clean, nothing special
location good, clean room
no water tap in the toilet, old furnutire
Being next door to a lap dancing club!
Room is nice and comfortable. Nice towels. Old design but its ok. Stay there if you want to be at the old medina, its round the corner. If you like to walk at night not recommended, only men on streets and strange people.
We like to go out to restaurants specially at night and this area is not for that at all!! Go for La Corniche by the beach, far far way better on environment and public. Too bad I didnt know about it otherwise I would never stay there (concerning the area - nothing to do with the hotel). It all depends on what public you like to be among.
Location, the room, welcoming tea, clean bathroom, clean bed, house keeping
Reception was rude i just arrive 9 hours bus trip from other city and reception tell me u must pay in advance cause you dont have enough luggage so i went search for atm
Good cleanliness, Charming staff, Comfortable bed in a quiet room, Good location. Quaint elevator that works most times.
Wifi not up to expected standard and not free! Airconditioning not very efficient
Floor hadn't been vacuumed because there were nail clippings. Long hairs on bathroom counter. No air conditioning. Only one towel for a couple.
The location was pretty good, very close to the Medina and the Nation's square.
The hotel was very old, the air-conditioning system was bad, the pillows were like stones and the linen were of bad quality. The wifi worked only outside the room.
this hotel was overall ok. the location is great because it is close to the medina (5 minute walk), and place mohamed 5 (10 minute walk). hassan II mosque is only about a 15 minute walk
This hotel is located in a great place right in the middle of the city, and it's extremely close to both the bus and train stations.
The hotel room's air quality was absolutely awful. There was no fresh air and the window could not be opened. It made for an awful sleep. Another issue was their WiFi was absolutely useless. I spent hours trying to make further bookings because the WiFi was up and down like a yoyo. It was extremely frustrating to use.
