The staff was excellent - super accommodating and friendly!

The bedroom decor was very drab and it had no external window.

A great atmosphere! Staff people were really helpful.

No window in the room, but that's typical of a moroccan riad.

Friendly staff, great location, room was fine but a little dark. We had a separate bathroom which was right next door with good toilets and showers, Good value. Fantastic panoramic roof terrace, if a little windy!

breakfast wasn't as good as in other places, but it was fine.

I will feel at home with the hotel staff (really nice and helpful), with the structure (rooms very clean and very good services and support), with the position inside the town (just behind the square in front of the harbour), with the town itself. Here you will surely enjoy Essaouira at its best!

The staff were warm, helpful and made you feel at home. The staff were easy going and helpful. The location in the heart of the medina was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely.

    Nothing I disliked

The hotel is great! It's situated inside the Medina of Essaouira, and the place is very nice and intersting, and much more cozy than Marrakech. The crew was really gentle. There is no lift, but the effort to go up by stairs is compensated by the nice balcony and an overlooking view of the Medina.

The shower was not that good. A new courtain that reaches the ground would help a lot. And the door was stucked. The rest was great!
