Stay 3 nights in room 2. Very clean, super comfy, service was 100% the whole time. L-shaped balcony was spacious and got all the afternoon sun.The design and feel of the place does this but the experience is definitely enhanced by the attentive staff..Would recommend it very highly to all of my family and friends!!!
The hotel is very clean, with a good breakfast, really well located and friendly staff. I really felt like part of the family! The hotel is brand new, and the room is absolutely gorgeous! I had a great first impression as soon as I entered the lobby, can't say enough about this place!!!!Would definitely use this hotel again.
gorgeous hotel with unbelievable rooms and service., very classy Amazing hotel with great customer service. Breakfast with Western and Oriental choices was a delight and a great way to start the day before taking off on the daily excursions. . Beautiful rooms and amenities rounded out the great stay we had at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is within a minute of the bus station CTM The reception is welcoming and the staff can communicate reasonably in English. The rooms are clean, modern and the normal compact size for morocco. The room we had was very reasonably priced and had a view of the mountain. There is direct access from the hotel to a place ota hamam are within a few minutes walk,We were very pleased with this hotel and will return when next in chefchaouen!
Stayed for three days. Very welcoming. Nice room located near the bus station CTM. Good breakfast - different each day. Everything was amazing, from the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness and great atmosphere of the B&B. They speak good English and keen to offer advice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value place to stay in chefchaouen
I have stayed at all the best hotels in chefchaouen, and while the levels of service, luxury and comfort are pretty good in all of them, the staff made my stay an incredibly enjoyable one.
This is a very stylish and beautiful hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly & accommodating, and room service was always exactly on time. We stayed on the 5 floor, and I would have expected it to be a little quieter considering the location. But it was a very comfortable stay . I would stay there again when we return to chefchaouen.
We only stayed in this hotel for a night, but we were very impressed with the staff, as they upgraded us to a suite . The decor is modern minimalist, and very generous room space. we enjoyed late check-out, the rooms were cleaned in the morning, The attention to detail is exceptional and the manager despite our 1 night stay even made an effort to see us off. Highly recommend for a stay in chefchaouen
I stayed at the hotel for 2 night during a business trip. The hotel is situated in a good location . The room was lovely with exceptional views . All the staff were very polite and spoke excellent English. Would definitely stay here again.Breakfast is great and the rooms are spacious. Would highly recommend taking a room on the top floors if possible.
is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The location is near the bus station CTM and the room amenities are great. The hotel staff made a special effort to make our anniversary stay memorable.I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
The suite I stayed in was large, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The staff at Casa Annasr are friendly and helpful, I felt like I was part of the family during my stay. The location is convenient if arriving by bus, however, you will need to take a taxi to get to and from the medina. The bed was a little hard, but I found that to be the case in all of the hotels I stayed in while in Morocco. Overall, I would definitely recommend Casa Annasr.
Construction on the roof terrace meant lots of noise very early in the morning.
The hotel was next to the coach station, so it was convenient and easy to find. The building was spotless, well maintained.
The single room was just too small, the pictures on Booking.com are deceiving. It was quite far from the medina, so not good for sight seeing. I would recommend staying closer to medina if you are staying 2 nights or more. There was no lift and the room was on the 5th floor. Since there was no inter-phone, I had to go down to the ground floor each time I had some trouble (and there were troubles with wifi, TV, electricity, etc.). No bed sheets or pillow covers were provided.
The breakfast was amazing and staff very nice and polite.
No bars of soap in the room, it was a bit far from the medina and up a very large hill. I think to really enjoy Chefchaoen it would be better to stay in a riad near the medina. this place is well suited if you have a car and prefer an extended stay.
The location was very good as it was across the road from the bus station which made transport access easy, however it did mean that taxis were needed to go up the hill to the main part of the town. This did not bother us. Our room was awesome as it turned out to be like a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, lounge and balcony. AND A WASHING MACHINE!! So unexpected. We were able to catch up on all our washing at no cost and were able to take it up onto the roof to hang to dry. What a bonus. Also a full size fridge. Yay!
No kitchen equipment at all so even if you wanted to use the stove etc. to cook there was nothing to do this with nor anything to eat from. As we were only there for one night this was not an issue. No wifi in the room, but was available in the lounge area.
this modest family-run hotel features characteristic rooms. the owner and other staff are sympathetic, and the breakfast is nice. location is very easy smack opposite the bus station. a taxi to the old medina is quick and costs 10 dirham.
bathrooms are really primitive, and there is no elevator
Everything was perfect about our trip to chefchaouen because of the extraordinary Riad casa annasr. All of our senses were indulged as we followed the guidance of our hosts layachi and mohamed. The pick up at the station bus CTM, suggestions for lunches and dinners as well as our journey into the souks were ideal. The riad is worth spending some time in to appreciate the attention to detail as you notice the thoughtful decorating and precious antiques adorning every area. We feel as if the owners are new family members as we would be proud to show them our city as they did with Riad la casa annasr and chefchaouen.
Nice staff. Good location if by car.
Horrible bathrooms. No cutlery in the kitchen. Smell of gas. Cannot understand how it can be so highly rated. One of our worst stays in two weeks in Morroco, yet not cheap.
10 minute walk to old medina was very comfortable for us. Friendly personnel, spacious rooms.
Rooms were noisy some times
What a great place.the owners were very nice and helpful, the house is really adorable, Breakfast: We were served a delicious orange juice, fresh bread, a beautiful yogurt .We would stay here again if we went back. They do a great job and take a lot of pride in providing a comfortable place to stay..
I stayed in a superior double for 2 nights. Large and luxurious, clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were delicious; The location is excellent close to transport CTM; The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here on my next visit to chefchaouen and highly recommend this hotel.
The people .
The photos look better that the reality.
The staff is friendly and the view is beautiful.
The brothers who run Casa Annasr are friendly and speak good English. They'll give you a ride into town for free if they are free. The view from the terrace is nice.
There was a lot of construction noise (outside the control of the hotel). Small fruit flies covered my breakfast until I just gave up eating. The location is right across from the bus station but a long hilly walk to and from the sights and restaurants. I typically took taxis.
Beautiful room (#3) with fantastic view of the mountains, especially at sunset. Because we are older (70) the location at the bottom of town wasn't great, but for a mere 15dhm we could catch a taxi to the Hotel Parador, which is right across from the top entry into the medina. Have a beer there and get shopping. Depending on wheb you arrive, two nights is enough. Host, and breakfass were both great. We hired brother and family car to take us directly to central ferry station in Tangier for 65E or 750dhm. For us ir was worth it. Ps, there are several channels on tv with English, for those who care.We would definitely recommend this hotel to one and all.
For us, being out of shape seniors, there was no way we could walk the long way up to the medina, so it was taxis in both directions for a total of 3E perday. But, as a plus, it was right across from the bus station. The room as very quiet at night though.
