The staff was very friendly; the place very clean. The website was misleading. Mentioning shuttles but not that we had to pay for it (300 dirham), this is also for using the spa and the sauna. Those were the reasons we rented this place. But at the end it was more expensive.The room was very small. The food smell hanging around the hall was not so nice. |

dont be fool by outside view, it is actually amazing from inside. very classy and nice apartments. pretty comfortable and staff was sweet the location is far from any type of entertainment. i only chose it because was close to my friends' house |

Almost everyone speaks English. This is rare compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in this price range. Shower Enclosure needs to be better. Water splashes onto floor. |

It was like an American Residence Inn. In fact it was little apartments - some were efficiencies, studios and large for a family. Excellent place for business men and women to stay for a long period of time. In fact it was in the middle of a business area so it made sense. It was clean, comfortable and the restaurant was very good, too. Plus you have your own stove, refrig and dishes etc. It was difficult to fine. They did have a lot of signs which was helpful because it truly was a circuitous route to get there...but worth it! You just have to keep your eyes open because the signs are on light posts and telephone poles. |

I do not know what I like. I cannot say anything that I liked because of the rigidity of the staff. I wanted to cash some dollars or stering to Moroccan currency, b ut the answer was "NO" cash available. Their response was simply"The manager was not there, and she will comme soonm but she nrever came" Just an example, I was leaving the hotel at 6:30 I kindly asked the hotel management including Laurence, the Restaurant Manager to get a little thing to eat or drink before leaving. They were far from flexibility. The answer was simply "No". Laurence only speaks French. There was ni form for complaints |

nice clean appartment; we were offered a lift from the hotel to the railway station Oasis The hotel is very far from the city centre and from the main railway station Casa Voyager, note, there is another railway station Oasis closer but we did not know about that, taxi is the only way to reach the hotel from any of those stations and for 4 people it is a problem and expensive. If you do not have a car, do not book this hotel. Staff is not nice, and there no city maps in the hotel |

Quartier agréable au calme. Hotel bien fini avec services soignés. Pratique pour la proximité Aéroport. Acceuil sympathique des jeunes filles mais pas assez concentrées sur leurs clients. L'heure a changé le jour de mon départ du Maroc, elles ne m'ont pas prévenu et j'ai failli raté mon vol. Pour le reste, rapport qualité/prix parfait. |

Het was een prima hotel voor een gezin met twee kinderen.De suite voor 4 personen was groot genoeg. Het zou prettiger zijn als er een duidelijkere omschrijving over de ligging van het hotel bij zou zijn.Wij waren met een huurauto en hebben veel moeten vragen en zoeken om dit hotel te vinden en later ook weer terug te vinden.Ze hadden in het hotel geen stadsplattegrond en Casablanca is een grote hectische stad om in te rijden.Een grote Metro groothandel ligt in de straat er tegenover. |
